Excellent team from sales to installation. Couldnt have asked for better. So impressed.

The sales representative agreed with me on changing all the ducks of the Ac in my house for both story since I had a fire in my house. but she wrote something different on the contract. I end up buying the whole AC system. After I paid she rushed me to sign the contract. Even though I kept on telling what I want. I have no idea how many ducks in my house. But it was my mistake that I trusted SEARS name. Do not work with them unless you know and ask each line in the contract. I trusted this company but they cheated, tricked me big time. Now I have to pay for another company to do the job.

Two sales people came to provide an estimate. They spent almost an 1.5 hours extolling their product and company. Company would take care of my needs and president would contact me (never happened).Having already priced competitors, we eventually agreed to a price for 3 window replacements. (Note to others - do not accept their first price). Delivery stated was about 6 weeks. I was assigned a project manager. He called after about 6 weeks and an appointment to install was set up.Installers were 2 hours late with no call to explain. Called the Project Manager and he only got back to me after installers arrived. Windows were not sized properly - too small.(Note to others - my existing windows were installed when the house was built. Window frames for new construction are different for replacement windows.) Measuring has to be accurate for replacements.Someone came out and measured again (all 3) and then the wait of an additional 6 weeks. Windows arrived and fit.Never saw the Project Manger. Never called to follow up on installation. Why is there a Project Manger.? No follow up after you sign on the dotted line by anyone.So 2 stars for the companys lack of support.5 stars for the installers. They did a great job, cleaned up after. Nothing left behind.

The guys are very professional and accommodate the suggestions of improvements nicely. They were very efficient and did the nice job overall. The only minor thing is that the tear of previous window is not perfectly covered (almost unnoticeable). I would give them a 4.8.

The installers were great . They know what they are doing. We have 13 Windows and 3 of them are floor to ceiling. Started at 9 and finished by 5. We are very impressed with this service by Sears .
