We called with a very small bit last-minute carpet job needed in a closet and before I could even talk to my husband and call him back Eisa called and said he had a cancellation for one of his guys, and some amazing carpet scraps in stock that was perfect for my closet job and could help us out the SAME day. We had Eisa flooring change out 20 year old carpet with laminate wood flooring on my Moms house. She had accumulated a lot of stuff during 20 years and lots of sq ft on the house that we were replacing. His team worked to go around and move those things to put the flooring. And they did a great job and also put the things back to where it was and cleaned. Well definitely do our next renovation project with them again.

We had Eisa do our first floor room, replacing carpet with engineered wood. Service was great, Santo who performed the work took good care of the space and was extremely clean and helpful. We did have some problems with blemishes on a few of the boards and they had it fixed within the week. Great service all around!

I havent bought carpet in almost 20 years and our friends suggested HD. We started the process, but it became clear that accountability and expertise were lacking.Another friend suggested Eisa Flooring. We called and spoke to Mr. Eisa and met him at his showroom the next day. As a side note, he offered to stop by the house and measure it before even meeting him (thats what I call good service). At the showroom, he made the buying process simple by helping us narrow down the style of carpet we wanted, then showing us a couple of samples. Before we knew it, we had chosen a carpet, set up a time to measure and were well on our way.He personally came to the house to measure, brought samples as he said seeing them in our light was the best and we finalized the deal. BTW, the price was substantially less than HD and for better quality...The carpet was installed yesterday and the crew did a great job. We had 4 rooms and quite some furniture and they handled it, and the stairs, all in 1 day. Mr. Eisa came near the end of the install to check on things and to ensure our satisfaction. I feel if there was any issue, he would have done everything he could to remedy it.I would STRONGLY recommend Eisa Flooring to anyone and everyone! You wont find better customer service!

Said and his assistant were very helpful and understood what I needed. They were efficient and gave good customer service while arranging appointments for installation. The carpet layers were neat and did not damage any wall or baseboard. The carpet was fitted well with no slack bits. Areas around tile to bathroom and corners of rooms were well held. This was a good job done.

I was interested in having carpet installed in two rooms of my house in Oak Forest and went to Eisa Carpet after looking at carpet at Home Depot. Home Depot had no one in the department to help. I arrived at Eisa and through the help of the owner picked out carpet, Eisa himself came to my house the same day, measured the rooms and the carpet was ordered and installed within the week. Eisa Carpet & Flooring did a great job installing both carpet and laminate in our home. Wed previously tried to get flooring through Lowes, but had issues with getting the right amount and receiving timely responses. Eisas person attention to us was very refreshing, they even brought over a sample to see how it would look in our home. The installation was smooth, and they came back to glue down a tiny little spot of transition strip the day after I noticed it was just a bit loose. They were always responsive and transparent throughout the whole process, definitely recommend.

My rating of as good as it gets are my exact sentiments. I am so happy I decided to go with a small individual flooring company for my tile installation due to the owner Eisa being in the flooring industry for 30 years. His installer Juan has been with him for 20 years and I cannot express enough what a beautiful job he does, that guy is amazing. They clean up at the end of every day and when they finished all debris was hauled off and floors prepared. Please support small local business over the box store because at a big box store you are on your own when you walk out with your purchase but with Eisa he was providing support and expertise all the way, start to finish. I selected the tile, wanted to take it back twice because I couldnt see it, wanted to challenge the direction of laying the tile but he persevered to try and let me see it through his eyes and guess what, he was so right and it turned out beautiful. They helped move all the appliances and furniture too. I cant say enough except you get your money’s worth and then some.
