Bill Kerr was the fine, true gentle, gentle-person who helped me.......he was utterly kind, monumentally helpful, utterly knowledgeable, thoroughly professional, and deeply, deeply thoughtful! He got me a lower price than I had hoped to find, he found me an exceptional contractor to do my work at a very decent price and the contractor was superb, he personally, dropped off and picked up the floor tile samples at home (I was sick with Covid-19), and he did this to save me the trouble of traveling to see them at Roberts Carpet......just an absolute diamond of a human being! He ought to be given the award for providing a customer, any ol customer such as myself, the very best customer service ever, ever, ever, to anyone, in any industry, of all-time, honestly. No one else I have ever worked with, even remotely comes close! Honestly! I also deeply appreciate Alex Roberts, the co-owner of the store, for recognizing Bill to be the diamond of the first water, that he truly and really, is and does and acts as! We agreed to pricing and install date. 3 days later they delayed install a week. The next day they told me they gave my carpet to another customer so they had to delay install until after thanksgiving.I should have called a different company.
