I cant say enough about the quality service that this company provided. We absolutely LOVE our new windows! We replaced the original 1970 windows on our home with beautiful clean clear windows and wow. what a difference! Thats not all though...I had heard horror stories from other window companies where yes, they came in to replace the old windows but the entire process was messy, dusty and even left shards of glass after the fact! - Not these guys! My husband and I made sure we removed any breakables or obstacles in their path as best we could, but when the guys left, there was no evidence they had ever been there. They swept, cleaned and shop vacuumed any leftover debris! Beautiful bonus in my opinion.They were also great at keeping me in the loop at what the plan was so that I could plan my whereabouts accordingly. The process for 20+ windows took place over 3 full work days and it was a very noisy process, but well worth it and I HIGHLY recommend this company and their work team.They also worked with us to get a great price and while it was a huge investment for us, I am so pleased that we went with Guardian for our new windows!

I am pretty impressed with the crew that worked on our house. Fernando and 3 other very courteous, professional craftsmen. The windows are beautiful and I’m excited to see how they perform with noise reduction and insulation quality. I am most impressed, however, with the way they took care to protect my flowerbeds, the archaic cement “brick” that encases our home and all the surfaces on the inside. Some of our 1950’s windows were embedded in this cement exterior that was added in the 70’s. The windows had to be removed from the inside to keep the integrity of the “brick look” intact. It was a difficult removal job and they did it without any damage to anything!!! Their clean-up was just as thorough as everything else they did. I highly recommend this company for any window needs. They are top notch!

Best experience Ive ever had with a contractor. On time, very professional, explained the process, kept things very clean and covered, quality work, quality windows, felt comfortable leaving the crew in my house when I had to leave for a while, didnt have to lift a finger to do anything after completion. Im not easily impressed, but they exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I highly recommend this company.

We used Guardian Windows to replace about 30 windows. Great experience with everything installed and cleaned up in one day- NO mess inside the house. Great crew and beautiful result. Didnt realize how ugly the original windows were until the new ones arrived. Loved having a choice of colors. Most houses with new windows have white frames and look so out of place with the rest of the house.Marty was very knowledgable and though there was a long waiting period due to the pandemic, it was so worth waiting.

Marty & his son spent almost two hours discussing our project with us. Replacement windows for a log home. Log homes are not a project they see every day. They quoted us a fair price for a top of the line window that was much better than some of the windows we were quoted. They took the time to explain all our options. They did not try to pressure us to make a decision or offer any gimmicks if we made a deal right away.When our windows were installed the crew covered every thing all the way down to each plant in the flower beds. The guys were supper nice showed up on time and and i feel sure they left the house inside & out cleaner than it was before they started.

I installed Energy Star-certified windows and sliding doors in my house over a period of two summers and was very happy with the service Guardian Windows provided. Marty worked with me to lower the cost (it helped that I was flexible about the date of installation) and his workers under Fernando were timely, hard-working and efficient. They were also courteous, careful of my pet cat, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The results are beautiful. I highly recommend Guardian.

A master bath remodel included replacing 2 windows. Guardian came out and measured, gave a competitive price (which includes an extraordinary warranty!), and as soon as the manufacturing end was completed, installed the windows. Installers arrived a 7:15 as promised. Gorgeous windows; excellent service.

The entire process was extremely high-quality. The quoting process was quick, painless, and very reasonable. I had reached out for quotes from at least 4-5 other big-name window contracting companies and not only were they incredibly overpriced, but they forced me to sit through their time-consuming selling process. The project planning and execution is truly where Guardians value shined through. I have nothing against cheap/illegal labor, as long as its high-quality, but the team at Guardian is full of what you would expect of the single project manager of the other contractors.The only negative thing I can say is that I did find some broken glass pieces and nails outside of my house in some areas, and the trim around the windows that they had to replace was not repainted. With that being said, they finished on Christmas Eve and some of my windows required serious surgery-like effort, which the team did an amazing job on and (as I mentioned) they replaced the wood trim around the windows that had completely rotted - without trying to charge me more or anything.If they come back and paint the exterior window trim (which I have the paint for), then Id gladly remove the last paragraph, but because of the quality of work, I still have to give them 5 stars.

Contacted Marty with Guardian Windows primarily to reduce heat that was penetrating 40 year old windows. When the project was completed, we were blown away by how much better the views were - almost better than the heat reduction. I am a satisfied customer! I shopped around for windows for a few weeks and had quotes from about 3-5 different companies but Marty was competitive in pricing and offered extra qualities that other window suppliers did not. Marty was very personable and knowledgeable about the window industry. All my windows have double security latches, are energy efficient, sturdy vinyl, rated DP-50, and are triple coated low argon with steel reinforced frames. The crew arrived at 7AM and finished before 3PM, all in a days work. I don’t have a huge house but this was impressive for 16 windows including a bow window. The timeliness, friendliness, responsiveness and above all, the quality of work was impeccable! I love my windows and am super pleased with the work Guardian Windows have provided. I have recommended them to several people.

Most unprofessional salespeople Ive ever encountered.To begin with, the two that showed up to give me a quote for my windows never introduced themselves. I answered the door and greeted them by saying hi to which they simply replied hello and then they just stood there silently. After an awkward moment, I had to ask what there were here for since they were not in any sort of uniform and did not drive vehicles with any company markings.We finally got around to walking out to their vehicle so one of them could show me their demos and the other could do his measurements and work on the quote. The demo process was fine and they seemed to know what they were talking about, minus the fact that they could not seem to remember what Low-E 366 was. I want to note here that they never asked to do anything but simply stated what they were going to do. It seems like a simple common courtesy thing to ask if you can do or go places around someones home. The worst example of this came when the demo was over and the other one was still working on the quote. The other guy told the one working on the quote that we would be waiting inside. He invited himself into my home!!Once the guy was done with his quote, he showed me his write up for the windows he thought I should get and practically demanded I show him quotes I received from other companies. He stated that he was not interested in seeing the price they quoted but simply the windows they were trying to sell me. This was clearly a lie as he brought up their quoted prices later in our discussions.I tried to be civil and get through the process but it was a struggle. This is probably the quickest decision not to use a company Ive ever made.I still dont even know the salespeoples names.

It was even a Sunday afternoon one week after the 1st consultation just so my wife could see and hear for herself . Had Guardian finish the job from a previous contractor, they were very flexible to adapt to our situation and took the job to complete 5 windows (including installing the trim). Not the cheapest option but the quality of the work was impressive plus they showed great scheduling flexibility amidst COVID. Fernando & his sidekick took care of the installation in a few hours and left a very clean work area afterwards. Definitely would consider for bigger window projects.

Marty came to our house a few weeks ago to show us samples and give us advice. We have known him for 12 years. His men David and Joe came today and replaced 3 windows in the kitchen and a front door transom. The windows are great - sturdy and cleanable from inside! But the greatest thing was that the guys who worked so hard were just wonderful gentlemen and fun to talk to on a short cool off break. It was a great experience. We had all the windows in out home replaced and it took about 4 days to complete the work. The windows gave the house a more modern/updated look and the view from the inside truly changed, we have received many compliments from neighbors :-). From what we can see so far we havent had any issues with the work that was done all the windows are operating the way we would hope. FYI, for those who are changing all the windows expect dust from the outside exposure and although the crew cleans up it is humanly impossible for the company to catch every piece of glass; you will need to vacuum some more afterwards. If I had to do the same changes again in another home I would call Guardian Windows again.

We chose Guardian Windows over 2 other bidders for an 18 window job that included 5 windows with attic only access. We were contacted by the owner who came to our house and gave us the bid. After acceptance he sent out his foreman/crew chief to do the exact measurements and then order the windows.The job was done when they said it would be done, in less time than they expected, and done with a minimum of disruption. They protected both the landscaping and the furniture on the inside and always quickly cleaned up any mess made in the replacement process. The crew was friendly and worked very hard.We are very pleased with the product and would highly recommend Guardian.

This company has low overhead (as opposed to big companies like Andersen with inflated costs) and is owned by Marty. He personally visited my house and explained the way his windows are constructed then gave me what I considered a very fair estimate of the cost to replace 45 windows in my house. I was very pleased with the windows that were delivered but, in addition, the installation crew was the best. Headed by Fernando, Dee, Matt, Daryl, Jim and Harry were very considerate, polite, informative and very conscientious about our house and furnishings. They covered everything removing all glass and other debris even vacuuming. These guys were excellent and I cant say enough. If you go with Guardian, you are getting not only an excellent product at a fair price, you are also getting great craftsmen who take great pride in their work...a rare thing these days.

My home is 40 years old and still had the builder grade windows when I contacted Guardian to get an estimate to replace and upgrade 8 windows. I am blessed with a 1 story home and have no windows on the West side, but the noise levels have become unacceptable. I wanted lower utility bills, decreased traffic and drive-by music noises and the front part that faces the North to be warmer in the winter. I had done my Google homework and knew what I wanted in a window. The owner, Marty Scarpati, came out in person to demonstrate the windows and give me the estimate. His comparison of the quality and construction of lower cost windows to his moderately priced Simonton Vinyl windows blew me away. There was no contest in my mind as I wanted the best I could afford and I am well satisfied that is what was installed today.Due to circumstances beyond Guardians control my start date changed drastically and that was no problem for Guardian. They worked with me without censor until I was able to green light my installation. The guys arrived at 6:30 A.M. and had all the work completed by 12:15 P.M. They covered everything with plastic and used drop cloths and cleaned up pretty well when they were done. Im confident that these windows will improve my home in all the ways I wanted and pay for themselves over time. I highly recommend Guardian Windows.

After diligent window shopping, we met with owner Marty Scarpati whose thorough presentation, answers to our many questions, and his obvious pride in hisGuardian Windows business won our contact. The three installers arrived 15 minutes early at 6:45A.M.and did A+ work: removed burglar bars and archaic storm windows, carefully set 16 new Vistas in place and then cleaned thoroughly inside and out and by 1:30PM left, taking with them barrels of debris.Marty stood by his word, quickly taking care of two minor glitches.
