Friendly and prompt service. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Unfortunately the first experience with this company AB windows has been extremely unprofessional. I really despise having to say this about any company, however after numerous attempts to get a resolution and no response back I believe other customers should be aware. AB windows will not return your calls back and will screen your calls and just not answer. After paying for incomplete work, we were not asking for a refund or discount just an answer on the best way to find a solution to get the repair done. I truly believe this couldve been avoided. I would not recommend this company

We had a very large double pane window replaced it was completely shattered but still intact (no idea how). Gentleman was on time and was able to install it under 30 minutes and with no mess!

My wife and I are very pleased with our new windows that were installed today. Alex met with us and measured our windows and told us each step that would take place. His workers did an outstanding job. All very friendly, hard working, cleaned up perfectly, excellent work. We’re totally pleased and highly recommended Alex and his team. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Their attention to details is great. Ive got my shower redone and recently my kitchen cabinets Im in love all the work they do. They are all very sweet and helpful throughout the process.

I have had 3 windows fail that we’re made by AB Windows. They do not warranty their work. I tried but to no avail. One broke within weeks and I was told it’s not covered. This is way too high of a failure rate for windows that they charged $250 just for new glass replacement. I’ll be finding a new window conrtactor that stands behind their product. Fair warning if you use them.

AB Window Services replaced all of the windows in my house from single pane to double pane and my experience was great. Yes they do not give an exact time they give a time frame. I understand its hard to be able to know how long each job is going to take. But they try and work with your schedule they have Saturday appointments or you can request a 45 min. call before they head your way. They were unable to finish during the week and even came out on Saturday to make sure everything was done and I was completely satisfied. I would recommend this window company to anyone. I had gotten quotes from several other places and AB Windows is by far the most reasonable.

Customer services is seriously lacking. Scheduled an appointment. Was given a 3 hr window. Waited. No technician showed up. I even called for a status update and was told I would get a call back with an update. No phone call. When I called again in 25 minutes, the office had closed. No technician ever arrived. When I called back the next day to find out why no one ever called or showed up, I was the one accused of having an attitude by, get this, a supervisor. She answers the phone. Admitted she was the one who never returned my call and said they cannot be responsible for their employees. Would I care to reschedule for next week. I dont think so.

Worst and poor customer service. Appointments schedule was changed 4 times. When window was finally replaced, workers did not clean up theirs Mess and had debri all over my floor! Would not recommend!

Just had my entire house retro with all new windows. absolutely love them.

I was given an appointment for today from 11-1pm on December 19th at 1:55, I have records because I was texting with the builder to give him status update. I took the day off to be present for the appointment, I just got off the phone with Blanca who informed me that they forgot to schedule it in. This day could of been used for something valueble instead of waiting for a company who is unprofessional and unable to manage correctly. I’m disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS COMPANY!

Lack of customer service, and did not follow through to complete the sell. Lack of communication which led to an unfinished project. Lacked manners and professionalism. Refused to complete the job. Would not recommend further business with AB Windows.

Worst Business I have dealt with. No Customer Service. Called in to get a window replacement. They agreed to do the job a week later I called in again and they said they cant do it because I did not confirm. This caused additional rescheduling with my contractors . They agreed to their screw up and never apologized for it, did not offer to fix it sooner, did not offer to negotiate on the price to offset my cost, did not even offer to follow up with me after they discussed internally. Worst business probably in houston. Do not engage them for your business. btw this is my first review online.
