The salesperson was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and sweet. Getting scheduled for the window installation was not a problem. The crew walked around my house without masks on. I asked if they were vaccinated, and he boldly said no and acted like there was a problem with me asking his vaccine status during a pandemic. I have three immunocompromised people in my home. Anything could have happened. That is the reason I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I called them about this and the lady said it was illegal to ask about their vaccine status or to make them get vaccines. She was of no help. I called the guy we got the windows from, he said he would talk to his manager, but that was two weeks ago, and I havent heard from them.

I had a couple of windows installed only a month ago.The good:1. Sales person was professional, and showed up on time for the consultation - explained the differences between type of windows and showed a couple of samples.2. The installation crew lead was considerate and communicated well on the day of installation and was kind enough to put my installation in the front of the day.The issues/concerns/challenges I had:1. They kept delaying the window installation as a result of delays in manufacturing - about 2-4 week delay.2. The window installation crew (a group of 5 people) entered my home without my permission, while I was talking to the crew lead outside my home. They left the front door open they showed themselves to my bedroom and other spaces in the house trying to figure out themselves where the new windows are to be replaced.3. They installed the windows on a rainy day despite me mentioning that I was uncomfortable with the caulking being applied on a high moisture rainy day, and they said it would be fine. I called the service rep a few days later, and he didnt even check thoroughly and said its fine.4. They damaged the drywall around my windows and just put caulk over it. It looks BAD.5. MANUFACTURING DEFECT: A month later, it rained pretty heavily, and I noticed that the water in my window sill was collecting and not draining at all. I have an inch of water build up on my window sills without any drainage. On calling their office and asking for scheduling to send some asap, I was spoken to very rudely saying We will send someone tomorrow or day after. You are not the only person who has window leaks. I had a customer who got their windows installed a week earlier and their caulking was done in not the right atmosphere and they have leaks too. You are not the only one, so our crew will prioritize accordingly. The only respite was the technician who visited the next day who was able to help out. He did agree to it that there were no weep holes in the window and ideally the frame should be replaced. After speaking with the supervisor, the supervisor mentioned that there is no need to replace the window frame and drilling holes to create weep holes should work fine (they do, but theyre a bad sight).

Let me start off with Christian, very professional and great at explaining the details of products. Answered all my questions even after I signed my contract. The installers were quick and straight to the job. I love my windows! Thank you again Window World.

Service was outstanding from the sales person (Dan Trader) to the installers. The windows came earlier than expected. Installation was flawless. Cleaned up and then explained all the features. They even made sure we were aware of the warranty.If you are on the market for windows you should look up Dan with Window World. One of the BEST experiences Ive ever had with home repair. Cannot beat price on product. Professional crew .. they called @ exact time and arrived at the exact time they said they would.. if you have EVER had to schedule a home repair, etc. you KNOW how important this is! If you are looking to replace your windows. Stop looking and call them.. only negative - we wish they sold and installed storm doors too!

The installers came 2 hours late with no courtesy call to let me know that they were late and check and see if it was still okay to come. They left glass shards throughout the house and did not put tarps down at every window to prevent glass from getting on the floor.They installed one wrong window and one broken window - they did the original install on June 7th. I have not gotten the correct window and the broken window fixed since. I have not been able to in contact with a supervisor or manager to get this matter resolved - WHICH IS RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING HOW MUCH MONEY I SPENT ON 9 BRAND NEW WINDOWS.Joe - the sales person who originally sold me the windows has not even reached out to see if the matter had been taken care of. Its almost like after the salesman gets their money they dont care if the job is finished or even done correctly. VERY UNHAPPY

Larry is an amazing person he helped me with my order, very patient and helped to get the best deal for my budget, also very patient when I asked him 2 make 2 estimates… Larry is an easy going guy!I just have to wait to get my windows installed but I know it will be worth the wait.

From the salesman to the installation team, Window World has been great. They notified me through mail and phone calls of progress, appointments were on time and they worked quickly, measured twice when placing the order and again before installation, made sure to check that all windows operated the way they should, walked us through all the details regarding use and cleaning, and cleaned up throughout the installation, so no mess was left for me. This is the second home I’ve used them for and have recommended them multiple times to family and friends over the years.

Weve been waiting since June 7th for windows. Thats when our deposit check was cashed. We were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks for installation due to Covid delays. At the 8 week period, no one had called with an update. We called and were told there was a shortage of vinyl. A month later we called and were told some of the windows were broken and reordered and it would be the end of September before delivery. Then we called Friday and left a message for the General Manager - so far NO RESPONSE!

Amazing work. From start to finish 100% great people and great work. Rep explained things very clearly, measured properly.The install crew were quick and fast and clean. I had ~20 windows ordered and they knocked it in about 5ish hours.During the install I suffered an accident and had my face go through a window (one we werent even replacing). I went to the ER and when I got jack they were just finishing up the install.The crew boarded up the window I broke for me and cleaned up the blood for me without even asking. Thats something I would never have expected and something they absolutely did NOT have to do. It made my bad day a little better.Their prices (best prices BY FAR. Around $400 a window turn key with LIFETIME WARRANTY. And thats for a double paned energy efficient window. Everywhere else was quoting $500-600)And customer service got me in as a customer. But the experience I had made me a lifetime customer.For every other window I will do, I will be sure to use window world! HIGHLY recommended

If you get a chance to have Dan Trader as your sales person, you will be lucky. He is polite, thorough, helpful and detail oriented. He did so much more than sell a product. He continued to be available to answer questions and facilitate the city permit request. Love my windows.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the sales (Thankyou Ken Barzilla), to the price (I organized 4 quotes from different companies for the whole house), and the installation crew were impeccable. They were polite, respectful of our property and very clean. Other companies had warned us not to go with Window World and even showed us photos of shoddy work that they claimed was installed by Window World. Four neighbors also used Window World within the last 6 months and have had great experiences too. There was a broken pane and incorrect fly screen, and we were not entirely happy with the line up of 4 of the lower panes (double hung windows with grids). Everything was replaced within 3 weeks of the original installation, and we could not be happier with our new energy efficient windows.

The windows look great in my sunroom. The installation team of Frank and his partner were fast and very professional. The representative-Jimmy-explained everything in detail and quickly answered any questions I had before installation. Would I recommend Window World? Without a doubt.

Great company. Easy to order. Dan was great and easy to talk to. We ordered windows through Gulf Coast and it was $8000 more for the exact product. Window world windows have the cool lock that gulf coast windows don’t have. Will order more soon.

The whole process was great.From the consultation, to buying, to installing.The only issue I have is that the workers didn’t do a great job at collecting all the glass from the broken windows. I’ve spent about 3 days cleaning up glass and I’m still finding glass. Stepping on broken glass, I’m not a fan of.Besides that I love our new windows.

I had such a pleasant experience with this company that I’d definitely recommend them to friends or people looking to install new windows in their house. Pricing came out WAY less than 2 large competitors, salesman was prompt and friendly, installer did a great job despite having to work in the rain, and quality of windows are top notch. The installation was quick and we love our new windows. They make our house look newer. We had a category 1 hurricane less than a week after the installation with heavy rains. We had zero problems with our new windows. I would highly recommend Window World.

I chose Window World to assess my windows for refacing after researching many competitors. August of 2020 a representative Larry came to my home and was very knowledgeable of the product. The windows are phenomenal! Great installers, only took a few hours for the entire house (10 windows), cleaned up after themselves, polite, professional. Price structure was very reasonable and Sales and support great,,, they said what they would do and did what they said! Not sure you can ask for more! From initial consultation to completed install was as you would want it to be! Had a learning curve issue on my end operating the windows....the installer left a tool and a different installer came by to pick it up the day after installation and that installer took the time to teach me how to operate the windows (again)!! Would use this organization again.

Dan Trader our project estimator was excellent when he came out! He measured and explained everything about how the process worked. The installation crew was about 15 minutes later than what I was told, no big deal because they had all 10 windows knocked out and installed in 2.5 hours, including cleanup! Excellent service from the seller Mr. Hightower. Well informed. Did an excellent job answering all my questions, showing the product an explaining the whole process. He was in contact with me through the process. Installers did a very professional work. They installed 19 windows. With 2020 being 2020, window order was delayed and this was understandable. My home was destroyed back in April by an F3 tornado and we ordered new windows from Robin Ryan with Window World. It took a few times of back and forth to get them ordered but we finally got there. I was told 4-8 weeks when we ordered and 10 weeks later they called for the installed. When they arrived the front windows had the wrong grid and one window was missing. After calling Robin and everyone else they found the Mr. Ryan ordered the wrong grid. They installed the ones they had and would swap them out when the other came in. Week 14 the replacement came in and they were replaced, however the one window was still missing. BTW: the new window look amazing! Week 20, I am still missing my window and after a call to Robin Ryan he told me that he knows that they have been ordered because he got back charged 3K for the mistake. Forget that I still have a hole in my home. Come on Robin!!! Then he explained to me that he is just the sells person and I need to talk to someone else. WOW! So I called the main office and a one of the operators looked up my order and said it would be in next Thursday and they will call for a install.How hard would it be for Robin Ryan to have check on this as a salesman that messed up my order and has caused my job to be delayed and now I have to pay additional money to other trades to come in and finish the window installation around it. I would order windows again from Window World but would not recommend dealing with Robin Ryan as your sells person.

Well, I am not sure where to begin. We had our windows installed at the beginning of November 2020. Every since the day of installation, there has been communication issues. First, the wrong crew came out for the installation (we had stone on the outside of our house that required special careful installation). We were assured that the crew that showed up could complete the job. Long story short, our 4 kitchen windows were made into 2 windows by the contractor crew from Window World. My husband had to allow them to use his power tools as well as go to Lowes and provide materials to get the job completed. A few week later, it rained heavily outside, rain water came pouring into the house. On top of the rain water coming into the house, our granite was cracked as the window was not placed properly. I have to place a pot by the kitchen window to catch the water every time it rains. Come to find out, the header flashing was NEVER placed on any of our windows. After speaking with Drew Burger (area manager) numerous times, he had a crew scheduled to come out on December 30th to take care of all the mentioned issues. January 30th came and went. That afternoon I contacted Drew and he said, the crew was off today. At this point I was furious. I told Drew we would file an insurance claim that I could not trust anyone from this company as we get told something and it never happens. Why should we use our insurance company to get this resolved? I had everything moved away from the windows, blinds removed and my husband took off work to be there for the corrected installation. My husband and I have been emailing Alyssa Terito with Window World since December 21, 2020 basically begging for someone to help us. At this point, I feel like we are being ignored. All of the issues at hand are the responsibility of the merchant. From the beginning, communication from this company has been an issue. The product is great (thats why I gave 1 star) but these damages need to be fixed. As you can see in the uploaded photos, damage was done and repairs need to be made. I write this review in hopes that someone contacts my husband or myself. (Tonya Miller & Troy Miller) to rectify this issue. I hope this review helps you make a decision on what window company to use going forward with your project.UPDATE: After making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I received a call the next day. A crew came to our house, fixed the kitchen window, corrected the placement of the granite and installed header flashing in the windows that needed it. All in all, I am glad that our issues were address/fixed to at least 90%. Making a complaint to the BBB really changed everything. Window World sells a great product, just wish the other side of the business was easier to deal with.

We recently had all of our windows replaced at a rental property we own. Gordon Carlson came and measured and thats who I dealt with for the purchase. What a great guy. He answered every question I had and was readily available by phone or text if I had other questions that popped up. When the crew came to install the windows, I was really impressed with the crew that was there. I think the leader was Jefferson, although I hate to say I may be wrong about that. The four guys that came were so professional. From the time they started to the time they drove off was two hours and 45 minutes for nine windows. When they left, the house looked exactly like it did when they got there, except we had new windows. They caulked everything and cleaned up every piece of anything that was laying around. They were so respectful and friendly, answered any questions that I had and were never standing around. They all had a job and it was really interesting to see them work. You should be very proud of the men that you have out representing your company, from the salesman, the employees that you speak to when you call the office, to the final install. We are very, very pleased with our experience with Window World.

Window World installed replacement windows in our 30+ year old house. Our salesperson was very personable, friendly, easy to work with, and very responsive to questions. The windows were received and installed sooner than the projected timeline. On installation day, what we expected to take 2-3 hours was completed by a work crew that expertly installed all 9 windows in just 1 hour. The windows look great and considerably improve the aesthetic of our house and no doubt will dramatically lower our electric bill this summer.

This is the second time we have had these people out and both were great experiences. They are quick, professional and a great value for the windows. We plan on using them again in the near future.

I was scheduled to have my 8 upstairs windows installed today. The crew gets here and apparently 2 of the windows were measured incorrectly. The guy tells me they have to get the right measurements and reorder those 2 windows and they will be here in 2 weeks so they will come back and install those other 2 then. Next thing I know the crew is getting their stuff and leaving because the guy over the crew said “they had to replace them all at once” and he just walked out and left. That makes no sense because they could have installed the other 6 windows. I have been waiting 10 WEEK for them to install them and it was only 2 windows with the wrong measurements. I tried to get in contact with a supervisor SEVERAL TIMES today and NOBODY has contacted me to even attempt to fix the problem. This is such a huge INCONVENIENCE to us from moving all the furniture and taking all the blinds off to my husband MISSING WORK so they can install them. I am STILL waiting for a supervisor to contact me. They sure didn’t hesitate to take my money when we ordered the windows but I can’t even get a supervisor to contact me to fix THEIR MISTAKE!!

We had front and back doors (and framing) replaced and of course want all keyed the same so, 1) The back door knob was not keyed the same as the back and front door deadbolts and no key for the knob was provided. It has been 3 weeks trying to get this resolved, we are now at the locksmith point, which need the original door knob key to begin to change the locks. Locksmith tried unsuccessfully pick the lock. Now we do not have a door knob at all because the locksmith has to take it back to the shop to see if anyone else can pick it. What a mess!! 2) The front door install was not prepared to also replace the brick molding at the time of install and the crew stated it was not part of the order...so I had to show them in the paperwork that it was. They did come back the next and did a good job installing. 3) Caulking is uneven and messy. 4) Install crew cut their fingers during install and bled on the curtain of the window next to the door. The only highlight in this saga is the local Supervisor/Rep is receptive and has done what he can to get everything resolved...but the back door knob lock is still pending. We did our part...made an order and paid in full. All we ever wanted is what we paid for.

Wonderful contractors of all that I have had. Cleaned up everything before they left. Chris was the salesman and helped with choices. Juan and his team were very professional. It took about 4 hrs to pit in 6 windows. And yes I would recommend them at this point.

This is my second installation. First one was for my home 3 years ago. Second one was for my son’s home this past week as a house warming gift. Julio is AMAZING! He was recommended to me and I can see why. He is professional, experienced and thorough. Nothing falls through the cracks. Because of his expertise, Roger’s installation crew can also shine. I highly recommend Julio and his team for new window installation. Call him directly, insist on him by name!

Let me start by saying this will be the third home that I decided to have Window World replace all of the windows in our home. This time around has been terrible solely due to the poor expectations that we’re set for lead time and now the consistent delay of our shipment that takes another 10 days until they can call to schedule our installation date. I was initially told 6-8 weeks by our salesman. After calling to check at the 8 week mark, I was told that it would actually take about 12-14 weeks and that since reopening from Covid they haven’t even gotten lower than 10-12 week lead time. It’s been 15 weeks now and I have called in twice recently every two weeks to check and I keep being told that the estimated ship date is delayed another two weeks. Also, I have asked to speak with the general manager each time and I only get very long and strange texts from our salesman about all the industries affected by Covid. Taking 50% deposit for such a large purchase for 4 months is not acceptable.. When will our windows get installed? 2022? Who knows. This is a joke.

Ordered windows in January and that was the last time they have ever reached out to me voluntarily. Post sales communications, zero. I have had to constantly request updates only to be told it has been delayed, nothing else. I understand supply chain issues but all I am asking is for some level of communication. Recently I received a notice that my order was ready but no one has emailed me per my request. I dont want to take delivery until someone will discuss this experience with me. Dont make the same mistake I did, 15k for windows and expect some level of customer service.Whoever you are that replied, I have not heard a reply to my email to customer service, nor has anyone reached out to me. If you want to cancel my order outright go right ahead.

We recently had Window World install windows in our home. What a difference it has made to our older home. The experience from start to finish was quite easy and painless. The price was very competitive and the quality of the installation from my point of view was top notch. The installation crew was on time, communicated expectations well and was quick and clean. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I am glad we when when with window world. Eddie and his crew removed our windows and install new ones in less than a day. The only wait was for them to be shipped here. The quality of the window were far better than I was thought it would be considering the price. No touch up on the interior and very very spot for me to paint on the exterior. Also with my new windows I was able to set my heater from 75 degrees to 70. Its amazing what good quality windows can do. Window World quality and its lifetime warranty make my window experience simple, affordable and I look forward to saving money on energy costs in the years to come.

Sept 4, 2021On June 19, 2021 we put down half the deposit for 31 windows. We are still waiting for our windows to even be shipped. Every time we reach out for an update, the ship date gets pushed back weeks further. Now we are being told, they are expected to ship September 28th and that Window World should get them in 5-7 business days. If that is true we are looking at an October installation. I have put off a week of vacation for this and still no windows. This has been and continues to be a very frustrating experience.

Since the price is so reasonable for Window Worlds products, I assumed the quality would be a compromise. But they were recommended by friends with very nice houses, so I gave them a try in 2016. And again in 2018, and 2021...The most recent installation of 19 replacement windows went smoothly, with the team leader being very professional, efficient, and communicative. I watched them like a hawk and did a very thorough inspection afterwards. There were 2 very slight, almost imperceptible imperfections in 2 screens and they corrected those instantly. A good job was done cleaning up and, although I had high expectations as always, I was very happy with the entire process.

I had a great experience with window world. Brandon was my salesman and was very thorough and attentive in getting the ordering done for my home. The crew that came also worked very hard and came in and got the job done in a day. Very pleased.

Joe was great and very friendly. They were one of the cheapest and have a lifetime warranty that can be transferred to a new buyer. Which is a selling point for when you want to sell your home. Installation was really quick and they were all respectful. The only negative things to say would be 1. They did miss a few very tiny shards of glass here and there and I had to leaf blower off my driveway. 2. A few scuffs on the window sills (which can easily be painted over) 3. Some of the frames were thicker than the thickness of our frames so the blinds will have to be adjusted (still not that big if a deal). But, they are nice windows, cheap, lifetime warranty, and quick (for us). Great job.

I am replacing all the windows in my home in two phases. The first phase is completed and the windows look amazing! Darren was here yesterday to measure the windows for phase two. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel confident and secure in my decision to a) replace the windows and b) use Window World to do so!

He made the trips necessary out to our home to make sure that we were choosing the correct windows for our renovation. We knew Window World would be the company to return to for our remodel, as we used them (and Scott) nearly a decade before for an earlier remodel. Firs instance I did replace the patio sliding door, and I loved it!! So, a month later I was calling them again to get a quote for the rest of the house. The installation went well. The team was every respectful, they were on time an cleaned after them. Just one thing disappointed me, the shipping date of the second order was pushed back 3 times and no compensation was offered. However, I am very satisfied with the company.

Thanks Window World! We love our new windows. They look great and have a good warranty. Customer service is what I love the most. When the sales rep came out he was friendly and knowledgeable- and the best part is he wasn’t pushy. We have had them come out on two separate occasions and the crew was fast and made sure we knew how to work the windows, etc. The did an awesome job of cleaning up after - which means a lot because I have children( our previous company left glass on the floors). They also assign a manager you can call to answer any concerns you might have during the installation. Definitely recommend for a quality product and great people to work with.

Great experience with WW. Custom made windows look beautiful and improve the appearance of my home. Everyone from the salesmen to the installers are top notch. Will update this when time permits as much clarification is needed. Just wanted to add my quick voice to the large group below who warns of problems with Window World. This group is as unprofessional and as poorly run as any company Ive ever seen. They will over promise and under deliver.....if they deliver at all. In my case, after making several blunders in measurements, I am still going through the hassle of trying to get one of my primary windows replaced. On top of that, they did a poor job of the others.I would encourage any person considering a window replacement to look elsewhere. You are only going to subject yourself to frustration and misery if you choose Window World of Houston!

It was great..I got an email that told me I would get a call at 10am and by 945am I was called and given an ETA of 12p to 1 to show up. They got there at 12pm. They were done after 1 hour and 1/2. Great communication, great service great everything!

I love the look of my new windows ! Compared to other companies, they were very reasonable . My salesman Robin Ryan was excellent ! He presented a very clear and honest sales presentation! He said he would take down my blinds before they put the windows in and he did !!! He came exactly when he said he would and took them down then came later to put them back up ! I tipped himBut he gave me back $5.00! Would like to thank Window World. They installed double pane sliding doors in my home. We could not be more satisfied with these results. Brandon the sale representative was by far very professional in his presentation and knowledge of his product. His sincere approach convinced us to purchase these much needed doors. The installers and installation went exceptionally well. The timing went as they said it would. Although the delays in actually receiving the windows and scheduling was a bit much, it was due to circumstances beyond Window World’s control.Once they were on the job, all was handled professionally and efficiently. I would use them again.

I am really happy with the whole process of the installation on all my windows. The workers were courteous, helpful and explained what they were going to do. I am also glad to have had a great sales man Dan Trader that explained and made me feel good about my decision of using Window World.

To begin with, Christian Hightower, our sales rep was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional and informative. He stated it would take 8-12 weeks once we ordered for our windows to be built & ready to install, and to our surprise, it only took five weeks. Installation of our windows was efficient and fast. 22 windows installed in < 6 hours. And they cleaned up after themselves very well. My only very minor complaint is they could improve on their communication a bit. When Christian gave his sales presentation, he didn’t mention that they required 50% payment in advance. I don’t have a problem with that at all, but it should have been mentioned clearly. Plus, upon installation, one window was the wrong size, so they have to re-order it and come back, which is understandable. Mistakes happen. So they left. I had a cashier’s check for the balance due, but they didn’t mention payment, so I assumed they would get the balance upon completion. Instead, they tried to debit my account ( as they had done for the initial payment... with our consent) and it obviously didn’t go through. They messaged me about the payment and then sent someone to pick up the check 4 days later. I just think they could improve their communication just a bit. (Or maybe I just need to be more diligent asking questions.). Anyway, I’m extremely pleased with my windows, the quality, price and installation. I would definitely recommend Window World for your window installation. As a matter of fact, I have already recommended them to some friends.

We originally used WW to install 14 windows on our home as a part of a new purchase overhaul/renovation in November 2016. We saved 1 window for a room we planned to renovate later. We were pleased with the original sales person and overall experience. Fast forward to September 2020, we finally completed the last room renovation and met with a new sales person to order the window. After being quoted 6-8 weeks for delivery, I continued to reach out to anyone (sales person was no help) and finally by week 10 our window had arrived and by week 11 it was installed. We had questions for the installer (or anyone who understood the process) and could never get anyone to get in touch with us. We reached out to the sales person, the customer service number, the field supervisor, and it seemed no matter the question that person wasnt able to address it. Finally on the day of installation at 4pm (after being told wed be contacted by 10am) the installer arrived and was able to answer our question about the window sill specific to this installation. We have also attempted to inquire about 3 referrals we made which all seem to have gone missing. Again, each person stated it wasnt really their role and we should call the corporate number.Thankfully we have no more windows to replace and are done with home renovations. In the future we will likely research other companies simply due to lack of customer service. The product is fine and we have been happy with the end result of the windows we selected.
