I just went to this place of business. I’ve been here several times before. I noticed she was running late. I was a walk in so 3 appointments went before me. Which is fine. I waited an hour. So then she finally said she would take me. Then in comes a Caucasian women in a rush. States she has to be gone by a certain time. She has an appointment. Sara quickly rushes through my eyebrow threading tells me I can’t get tinting because this lady is in a rush. Very inappropriate.I actually didn’t expect this from her as I’ve been coming to here for a while. Anyway my experience today.Yes I should have made an appointment but her system was not working when I tried to do so.

Been going to Sara for years. She is the best in Houston and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Shape and tint is always on point. Thank you so much for the quality service you provide!

I love getting my eyebrows threaded at Saras eyebrow studio. I typically go in every three weeks. Threading helps with me not breaking out. Social distancing is happening. Only two people allowed in the room. If you are a walk in, you have to wait in the vehicle.Sara does a wonderful job. She is very professional and gives a lot of detail to you eyebrows. A+ service.

Absolutely the only place in Houston to get your eyebrows threaded. Regardless of whether you have waxed or threaded in the past, I highly recommend checking out Sara. I wanted to fix my eyebrows after years of getting them threaded in the Hillcroft area, and she gave me an awesome shape.

Would rate zero stars if I could. I reached out to Sara a week before my appointment and asked to reschedule, she agreed. After asking her about her availability, she completely ghosted me. I have reached out several times regarding availability and now for a refund with no response yet. Please be aware of this womans poor business practice. Be mindful that this woman has collected the money for the service but will not discuss availability for me to get the service.I typically do not write reviews but felt obligated as she feels its acceptable to collect money from a customer and not perform the service that she agreed upon.

Found this studio by reading YELP reviews and was very pleased with it. Sara is the owner and shes very knowledgeable and an expert at eyebrows!! Im thankful I found her and wl definitely be a customer forever!!

My eyebrows look great, the wait can get long with all of the reservations but she does her best to work you into her schedule if you walk in. My eyebrows are naturally uneven. Now they are less uneven, sisters not twins.The only thing I didnt like was the lack of customer service/friendliness.

I think Sara may be over-booked and it is starting to effect the quality of her service. I went to Sara last year to get my brows done for my wedding. She was attentive, concerned about what I wanted them to look like, and showed them to me afterwards to make sure they were right. I expected this to be her standard of customer care each time I visited.My past 2 visits, she has been swamped with walk-ins and appointments. She has stopped asking clients anything but appointment or walk-in? Once she finishes with you she has her assistant ask card or cash? Before youve even taken a look in a mirror. Shes rushing to get to other customers, which I understand...for services that dont involve my face. I am always polite and I always tip over 20%, but this was my last visit.My eyebrows are thinner AND shorter than when I walked in, and she was on to the next face before I could even finish my transaction. Ladies, make sure you speak up about what you want done before sitting in that chair, you may not have time to address it later.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have been a faithful customer for years but had to cancel last minute once because my son was ill. I was charged $20 despite calling to explain why I couldn’t come. I hope that $20 fee was worth losing the hundreds of dollars you would have received from me in the future. Terrible customer service and business sense.

Customer service non existent. Sara didnt even speak to me. No greeting whatsoever. She used to be so courteous and sweet. Still did a good, not great job, on my brows. Not sure I will go back.

Sara is knowledgeable about brow services and does a good job. Rating would have been much higher but customer service is poor. Not friendly. Appears condescending to some customers. Charges top dollar and STRICTLY enforces cancellation policy but has recently cancelled my last 2 appointments at last minute due to family emergency. Only offered to comp one of my services due to her emergencies upon my request. Will look for new threader. Does not value her returning/loyal customers, IMO.

Sara is the best! I tried a couple of places since I moved here in 2014 which was disappointing. I found the eyebrow studio in early 2015 and Ive been going to Sara ever since. Shes consistent and my eyebrows come out the same every time. Beautiful ambience and great customer service.

I used to love coming here because Sara did such a good job and was so friendly. For the past year, each experience has been worse and worse. Often times, she and the other two women who work there (it seems like they are family) chat and laugh the entire time and never interact with you directly. The service is much quicker and much, much rougher than it used to be. I have heard her and the other women talk about customers after they leave. She also lectured me once on the shape of my brows - that is why I come to her because I need help shaping them! I will not be going back. Sara, please think about how your business has changed!

Does an awesome job! Went over lunch for a tiny and threading. Love it! A posted pics of the tinting in progress and after...lol...definitely recommend!

Best place in Houston to get your brows done - over a year shes evened out my brow height, thickened the head of my brows and sharpened my arch. Its been a process but thats with 4-6 weeks between appointments. Im now able to just do clear brow gel and constantly get complimented on my brows and asked what I use which I always give the credit to Sara! She has foresight and always has a plan with your brows, but shes also very kind and will tell you if something you want is not something that would work for your brows/face.

Wont trust anyone else but Sara with my eyebrows. Shes the best! Super fast and she shapes your brows to the shape of your face. Been going to her for about a year and a half now.

It was very frustrating trying to make an appointment over the phone. The girl that answered would not & did not want to write down my appointment unless I gave her a credit card number?!?!?! I thought I had found my place for threading. I’ve only been once and will not be returning with this new policy. She insisted that I had to make appointment online even though I told her I did not have access to internet at the time of call. She put me on hold to help a customer at counter then she returned to tell me she could not write down my appointment. Terrible customer service I will not be a returning customer!

Sara has mad skills and the end result was amazing!!! It was my first time having my eyebrows tinted and was a bit nervous as to what to expect. I didnt want to look unnatural or like a clown, so I asked a number of questions, almost to the point of being annoying..lol. She was very honest and answered all my questions truthfully. As she put it, she would rather turn a client away, than perform a service that would be sub-par. I highly recommend her services and will most absolutely be returning for all future tinting and threading. Thank you Sara.

After my husband saw Sara a few times, I noticed his eyebrows were looking better mine...lol So I decided to give Sara a try. BEST DECISION EVER. I’ve been tolerating getting cuts from her from time to time or how rough she is with her threading bc my eyebrows always looked good after but last time I went she threaded my eyebrows while talking on the phone. She nicked me and my eyebrows ended up looking lopsided. Seriously not worth the money

Today was my first time going to Saras and I really liked the way she did my eyebrows and talked about how to treat my eyebrows better. The place where Ive been going have not been doing a good job.

Was charged 110.00 in Henna work. The patterns weren’t what I asked for and not precise at all. Was ttold the ink would be dark and it was not. My hand bracelet cuff don’t match and neither do my ankles. The brow threading was not good either we had to tell her on the spots that she missed.

My eyebrows have never looked so good! Love this place.
