Mr. Orellana is a pleasure to work with. He did a great job on my classic Rolex Oyster Perpetual. Due to it’s age, parts for this watch have become very difficult to source and he worked with me to find the part needed. In the end we found a new Rolex part, which was a bit of a surprise it was out there.I am very pleased to find such a knowledgeable watchmaker in the area.In all, a job well done!

Theyre excellent and fast! I walked in with multiple watches to fix. They were great and courteous and they supplied their own batteries (which was refreshing). Ill definitely return when I have more watch needs.

I had a very dishonest experience in which the repair technician. Keep your records of when you have your watch repaired at this place. I had been giving this place business for a couple of years. I dropped off a couple of watches to have the batter replaced as I do annually, and when picking up, my watch was returned to me with the back plate off. The repair technician explained that the watch is broken because I left the batter in too long and it was not the type of batter he would use. The battery was missing, there was no sign of corrosion, and it appeared that a contact tab in the watch was broken. The watch was a frequently worn watch and the battery had not long expired and only had battery replaced at Watch Tech since I owned it. Please make sure you document your service.

They were very quick at figuring out what was wrong with my watch, explaining the issue to me, and telling me which repairs were needed. Also very affordable.

Very professional, have plenty of customers that come in and look satisfied with the work and prices I do recommend if you need a watch repaired or just a simple battery change this is where you should go.

Took my seiko to get regulated here. They were nice folks. He hooked my watch to his timegrapher and was done in 5 min. He said it was running at 5 sec per day. Great! Gave him $35 and was on my way. Unfortunately my watch was running about a min slow per day. I went back a few days later, unfortunately during lunch time so I had to wait an extra hour, but he said it was fixed. Drove home and to my surprise it was very fast over 1 min per day. How frustrating!!! took it to another shop and it’s running like a CHAMP. Either his Grapher is off or he just didn’t care. I would think twice about getting you watch regulated here. Wasted my time.

I have been going to watch Tech for least 15 or more years they have always treated me fairly and do a wonderful job.

I took my Rolex for a swim in a salt water pool about 11 years ago and did not have the stem screwed all the way in so it leaked and immediately fogged up the crystal. Miguel told me if I had brought it in immediately, it would have been a much less expensive repair since a couple parts had rusted internally. He had the watch a little over 3 weeks so he could get the parts. He does all the work onsite so that put me at ease that he would be the only one to have his hands on my watch. This watch was made in the 70s so that is why the bevel is faded but he polished the crystal (basically plastic on this model) but really cleaned it up nicely. The watch is keeping great time now although I have only had it back a little over a week now.

I found this shop on google search and brought my watch and extra links to enlarge the band. Unfortunately the links I brought were slight bigger than original links but No issues here!! Mr. Orellana who is the Master Certified Rolex Expert took his time to exam my watch and customized the link size I brought to fit to original band in 15 minuets!!! I’m super excited that I can be able to wear my favorite watch again and so happy to find this professional watch repair (He can do jewelry repair as well) shop near my house.... So happy to find a true Swiss watch specialist near Cypress. I have historically gone to Shannons but since they closed I have been hesitant to experiment with the local alternatives. After doing some research and stopping in to talk with the owners about their experience and capabilities I felt comfortable leaving a few watches for batteries and a small repair. They were quick, honest and did great work. Will be confident in bringing higher end watches (including automatics) there for service as needed.

Im so glad I found this place. I bought a Fossil watch for my wife which was the exact same model her grandmother had given her before she passed away. She was so sad to have lost it shortly after and I was excited to surprise her with a replacement for mothers day. I had dropped it off 10 days prior at another jewelry place to get the face replaced so that I could have it done in time. When I came to pick it up the Friday before Mothers day he said he had forgotten to send it and it remained unfixed. I called several other watch places and all of them told me they would not be able to have it done in time. I happened to find this place, walked in, and they fixed it on the spot for a great price. Very good customer service and nice people. My wife loves the watvh! Thanks!

Had my Omega Speedmaster serviced and repaired here (a plunger had popped off). I also had the watch polished. The owner is a certified Omega technician and did an excellent job.

I took my great grandfathers Elgin pocket watch to Watch Tech to have it cleaned, lubricated, and the main spring replaced. The watch looks brand new! I am so glad I took it here. This shop has earned my loyalty.

Change out my original Seiko watch lens to a Sapphire version at WatchTech. I have had the lens on for over 2 years now with no issues. Perfect installation, water tight and impervious to scratches.

This place is not reasonable when I comes to changing a battery, I had my own battery and i just need it install how much, the lady said 25 dollar and she also said she has there own battery they dont use mine and my watch is difficult to change about a year ago I paid 30 dollar for 2 batteries and they installed it that why I had my own this time, but she is really changing it for free if I buy the battery. I was will to give her 10 to 15 dollars to install MY battery in My watch. BAD BUSINESS, I would of gladly did that it would of took 5 mins to do, they would of made 15 dollars in 5 mins.

I have always received good service here.

I brought in a sportline watch to have the battery replaced, and this was done within 5 mins or so while I waited. Very courteous, friendly, and very good customer service, if I ever need anything done I will go back here.

Awful experience. Would not recommend. Manager is very disrespectful and hateful.

Prices are steep - you go to the orginal maker of the watches and get it done for practically nothing.Its all about convenience with professional work without the worry - you pay for this.

Very good service. The treatment is friendly and professional. My watch only needed a small calibration, as it was running too late, I was not asked to come back later, and the waiting time was very short. About 25 minutes. I must say that my watch was in COSC parameters, despite being a very simple and inexpensive piece. I definitely recommend this place.
