For any Houstonians that need a watch modified or any other watch service the Little Watch Shop is your place to go. Went in to get my Orient Mako ll Modified with a custom crystal & bezel the mod cost $85 overall.I had a great experience very friendly and well-knowledge staff! Even after picking up my watch and noticing that there was a fingerprint and a few specs of dust left inside the watch accidentally they cleaned the Crystal free of charge.I will definitely return to little watch shop if I ever need a watch modded or any other watch specialties needed in the future!

As someone who always promotes buying local at brick and motor businesses, The Llittle Watch Shop is a great example of why its so important to buy local when you can. I have a watch that was sitting in my jewelry box for over five years, broken band, and at a minimum it had a dead battery. Rather than buy online, I wanted to find a local place where I can find out if my watch is working, and see watch bands in person before I buy because sometimes things look much better online. I went to The Little Watch Shop, when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly person who worked there. I showed him my watch, he immediately gave it to one of the technicians to take a look at it, and while I waited he handed me a box of watch bands, there were over 50 to choose from. Before I got a chance to pick out my watch band, the technician checked out my watch, she said it was working fine, and already inserted the new battery and set the day, date and correct time. I chose my band, they attached it and I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes!. Excellent service, more convenient than shopping online, friendly people who are experts in what they do and the best part is I got it all in the same day! That is the difference when you go to a locally owned place that has pride in what they do. Thank you Little Watch Shop. I highly recommend your place to anyone who needs watch repair, parts or a new watch too. You guys have a great selection of watches there as well.

Outstanding service. Decent selection of leather watch bands. Lots of designs in other materials, but only a few leather ones. Im allergic to silicone so cant use the default band on my Samsung watches. The Little Watch Shop has always been there to change my watch bands even tho I didnt buy the watches there. Ill be back!

Best repair shop in Houston (probably the in the US). Took an old Tag with heavy water damage and they found the original parts and repaired it. Repair shops in other states told me it couldn’t be done, it was too old. Little Watch Shop did it. 100% recommend taking your watches there.

I wished I came here sooner! A one-stop shop for all things watches, clocks, even jewelry.I got a watch for my father years ago, but he wanted a completely different band. Then it stopped working. So I needed to get a new band and check if it needed a new battery or if something else was causing it to stop. I decided to give this shop a try because of the reviews. Im glad I did! The front of store ladies were very friendly and understood what I needed done on my dads watch. While I brought in a new watch band I got myself, they had a large selection of watch bands on location: metal, leather, & soft plastic bands. Within 15 minutes of stepping inside their truly little shop, my dads watch had both the battery and its band replaced! The total charge was just over $20 with tax; a worthwhile deal Id say! Ill most definitely come back for any and all watch or jewelry problems I may have in the future! Thank you Little Watch Shop miracle workers!

Perfect location inside a shopping center, easy parking. I was able to get 2 batteries changed, one for $5.95 the other for $6.95 (lithium ion) very quickly. There were a steady stream of people coming in too for battery changes, but it is done very quickly. I was even able to run into Ralphs to grab something quick while the batteries were being changed. Total took 15 minutes. Great place and Ill definitely be back.

I love this place soooo much! Everyone that works here is awesome and super nice. I’ve been here a few times. My most recent visit, I needed to get the battery on my watch replaced. They replaced it in less than 5 minutes for a really reasonable price! This is my favorite watch shop in Houston and I recommend it to everyone.

I have taken many watches to the LWS. Generally for battery changes but the real challenges have been a 1950s era Omega bumper automatic and my Omega Speedmaster. In no time and VERY little cost, the bumper watch is back in my hands and running perfectly! I just sent my Speedmaster (cal. 1861) in for some routine service and even though it is a complicated movement and COVID times, the pricing and turnaround is amazing! I cant wait to get it back on my wrist but I also know it will be perfect when I get it back.

I have a very nice watch that I had not had fixed (dead battery/cleaned) since the last time I had it done it cost almost $200. I pass this little shop all of the time, called and asked the gentleman if they worked on my brand of watch. The quote he gave me was 50% less than I had paid before.Mind you, I have not wore this beautiful piece of jewelry in 4yrs due to anticipated cost.I came in today (less than a week later) and this small business has professionals on-site that can examine your timepiece and give you an assessment of what it needs. They opened my watch, switched out the battery, cleaned it for under $30. I cant believe I waited so long to just ask The Little Watch Shop to assess my favorite watch.If you are looking for jewelry, watches, clocks, etc. to be repaired, support this local business. Their customer service is the best and they arent going to rob you when it comes to fixing designer watches.

Phenomenal service. They replaced the battery in a rare 12-5-9 Japanese watch no one else would touch. I went in later with a watch I had bumped into something and left a mark on the sapphire crystal and they buffed it off, no charge. They have a big selection of straps and used watches and repair any type of watch. Highly recommended!

Took my Casio edifice here recently due to a shattered glass and they did a great job replacing it, including pressure testing to ensure water seal. Initially was told will take 2-3 days but ended up taking a week - but this was due to shipment delay of the crystal which was not under their control.

Thats when I came across the Little Watch Shop.When I first got here, the lady at the front was super helpful. She told me that itd be a total of $13.50, and it would be completed in 10-15 minutes. Talk about great service! They even put the current date on the battery for when I need a replacement in the future.Overall, Im very satisfied. They work very fast and do a fantastic job. They have a few spaces to park out front, and they are located on the corner of Welch Street and Shepherd Drive beside the Thai Yoga Massage spa. Definitely come here when you need a battery replacement for your watch!
