This is by far the BEST place to get your engagement ring, wedding band, or whatever you may need. The customer service here is impeccable. Debbie and Kelsey are worth more than every jewel in that place. Their attention to detail and professionalism is refreshing, but their most outstanding quality is their genuine care for their clients. It makes a world of a difference when the passion overflows from within the person, which can never be replicated nor faked. There is only one Debbie and only one Kelsey and they are at Ben Bridge in memorial city mall. So go see them because they are just quite simply the best.On top of that, their prices are extremely reasonable and better than the competition! Its a no-brainer! We checked several (4-5) jewelers before arriving at Ben Bridge and their competitive pricing just made everything so much easier. We got exactly what we wanted, within the budget that we wanted and the best service we could have ever asked for. You just cant beat that. I was there last weekend. Just needed a new wrist strap for my watch. Staff is friendly (as usual), but Mimi takes the crown. She was beyond courteous and made the time to go through various straps to find the right fit. Customer service is king in any business and these folks never disappoint.

Angela and Chris were completely interested in what we wanted, not what they wanted to sell us. Chris did a great job showing us the rings we were most interested in. He asked the right questions and showed us as much as possible, never pushing us to any particular one. Angela also was an incredible help when it came to selecting the diamond, ordering the setting, etc. Angela stayed in constant communication with me until I was ready to make the purchase. I needed to get the band on my new watch adjusted. Within 4 days, one of the pins already fell out (Fortunately I noticed the pin sticking out over halfway before my watch had a chance to come completely undone and get damaged from falling off. I managed to use a piece of card stock to get it most of the way back in). Also took me a couple of days to notice the bands arent even. Really poor job by a company claiming to have an amazing team of watch pros. For $25, youre better off buying a watch repair kit and doing it yourself.

I was very frustrated prior to finding Ben Bridge because there are so few jewelers with quality products and I had been searching for hours. I was immediately taken care of and treated very well. Great store. Good customer service. Beautiful diamonds. We had a little trouble completely getting through to the lady helping us. Seemed to be a bit of a language barrier. But as soon as we showed her what we were looking for she was able to show us many options. This is the first store that was actually able to show me rings in person that I could previously only find online..

Ask for Simone! She is from Brazil so not only does her accent just class up the experience a bit :), but she has been in the jewelry business for so long that she truly knows her stuff! We went to 3 other jewelers to shop for engagement rings on January 2, 2017 but she was by far the best experience we had! Now, the rings are better quality at Ben Bridge, so you dont get many low prices like the other stores, but the service is worth paying for! Be honest with her and tell her what is and isnt important to you and she will do the rest. 11 years ago I brought 1 gold 18ct ring to resize and get half my ring back only to have a phone call that they resized it and made it smaller and not get my white gold back. I went to call for the manager at memorial city mall and district manager and the note on the ticket says get ring back but was never given my size 8 to a size 4 back. They said they shrank it to that size and condensed it. I would not buy from this company and dont trust a company that does not do the right thing and just shady business practice. I tell my story to everyone til the day I die because I will never forget.

Their Watchmaker, Chris Binkley is excellent. He has sized several of my watches and sent a couple into service centers for warranty repair over the years. His care and dedication are top notch.

I normally do not believe the bad reviews...assuming the customer is being dramatic. But this store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The lady was rude. I answered the same question 3 times and then gave up. Just appeared she was too lazy to write up the repair order for my watch (Rolex). I will also send a note to Rolex who told me this was an authorized Rolex repair store.

I have been shoppping for a luxury watch since last year & decided to stop by Ben Bridge at Memorial City. Mrs. Yanee asked if I needed any assistance. She was more than happy to tell me - rather educate me on the few brands I inquired about. She did not pressure me into buying but advised me to learn a bit more prior to purchasing. I appreciated her patience. Fast forward to present which is over a year later I reached out to Mrs Yanee via text to let her know that I believe I was ready to purchase a watch. Visited on Monday evening time the staff especially the old lady she was so rude and she dont have any product knowledge about the Rolex and and she said that, I dont need to know about the feature of the product and other salesperson interrupt and he was also rude and say that nobody asked about the feature of the Rolex .They dont know how to handle the customer and how to talk. Management need to do some work on it .The modle number was 116243.
