I had a very pleasant experience with this location. They called me morning of reservation to let me know my truck came in a day earlier. They let me pick it up and even when they were busy, they took time and care to explain everything and help fund my vehicle. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Cody for the service.

The Manager Ava is a superstar. You could tell she is very busy, but handles it well. She is so nice and professional. The guys ( Justin & Trinity) did my Hitch were extremely fast, sweet, and very helpful. They went above and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend this place for Hitch installation.
Liars!!!!! You can call the U-Haul hotline and they will give you a mileage for a certain price. Go to the store and they try to rob you for mileage. Not to be trusted. Less gas and more miles then what’s stated on the contract. Use another location. Every other location I’ve ever been to the people seemed well organized and very educated. I cannot say the same for this location. This encounter makes me think twice about ever using U-Haul again.
Moving has never been easier!! The manager Ava was incredibly helpful. Along with Kim, Trinity, and Jasmine are all wonderful people that made the whole rental run smoothly. They do require two emergency contacts but as long as you plan ahead of time knowing that they’ll call your contacts everything will run smoothly. I’ve had to use multiple uhauls in the Houston area and not a single one of them can rival the care that they put.
We had an issue with billing, but the manager Dennis was nice enough to take care of the dispute.
Really nice place to rent a moving truck.Ava is really nice.And she explains every important policy for me.This is the second time I rent the U-Haul truck. When she knows I am moving out of the town she upgrade the miles for me for Free!! Thank you for that!! She made my tough moving little bit easy! And they have the guarantee for your reservation. I had a bad memory for pensky truck rental before... One more thing I did compare between some rental moving truck company. U-Haul actually is cheaper way. And some locations have 24 hours drop off.Some other companies doing cheaper for the daily charge but their rate for over miles is actually higher be careful about that!
On my visit Thursday (10/3/19) Great customer service !! I believe his name was Eduardo cool guy wore hat to the back ! He was great explained how the process goes and very knowledgeable. He was very nice and made my experience a good one ! I will definitely come back to this location !
Ava and Eduardo were very helpful I was going to inconvenience my brother and bring all of my furniture to his 1 bedroom apt and they helped me out with a truck and storage for a great price! They are definitely the right people to help you with a uhaul
Richard the GM for This location is really amazing person and believe on the best customer service. I picked up a small truck and realize that chairs will not fit in the 15 feet truck. He swapped the 15 feet for 25 feet for no additional charge. This is call the exceptional customer service❤️

When returning afterhours no sign or instructions where to drop the tricks’s key ..took 1 hour just to find a hidden drop box!
Terrible customer service. Took nearly 45 minutes to rent a truck!I will not be back! Owner Ava thinks its okay to allow customers to wait in an empty store for 15 minutes and not acknowledge them which is exactly what happened to me. When confronted she made excuses. Hire more people!Beware... they will not allow you to leave the store when renting without an answer from a verified emergency contact. They will call them right in front of you. This is an extra waste of time especially when poor customer service has already been provided. I have been renting from Uhaul for years and by far this was the most unpleasant experience.
Waited a while in the office area. I went around 8:30 am for propane to be told that there was no one certified that could pump propane until 2 pm. Good management should always have a backup plan, youre losing money.
I had a reservation for this morning at 8.30 am and I had trouble checking in with my phone so ask the lady at the counter to help me with my reservation and her answer was that she wasnt able to help me because I had to do it over the phone with a very rude attitude towards myself.. I guess she wasnt in the mood to work .so I had to pay an uber to go another store where they help me with my rental ..So because if these lady I lost an hour that I paid to a moving company to load the truck.. unprofessional people like there shouldnt be working in costumer service..
The customer service was not that great. No one came out to assist me with the truck I was looking at. I didn’t know which one to really choose because they just told me to go out there and look. Smh. After I made the decision they asked me all the questions and I paid with my credit card and they just handed me the key. No one took the time out to drive the truck to the front and have it ready for me to go. I’m not asking for valet service but damn at least pull the truck to the front for me. Not to mention I’m a big guy. I had to squeeze in between the trucks to get into it to pull it out. And guess who JUST HANDED ME THE KEY—-> the general manager! SMH
U-Haul is notoriously terrible at maintaining a large enough staff to handle their business. 1 hour of standing in a line is not efficient customer service. This branch is no exception, it shouldnt be this hard.Edit*+2 stars, one for understanding staff, one for getting the reservation correct.
Customer service when owner was in was impeccable but when i came to return the box truck i rented, all the employees there were on their phones so that when i approached the front it took them a second to even look up at me to give me the service to return my truck, seemed a bit pricey when i returned the truck seeing as i returned it the same day i rented it but it definitely did the job and for that, i give it the 3 stars it deserves
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Great selection of trucks and trailers. Best in Houston by far.

I called looking for information on possibly renting a storage unit. They asked me for my payment information three times by the time I had gotten off the phone with them(within about 3 min.), they didnt even have what I needed and tried to get me to go with another location. Too pushy for my money, I went with another company.
Terrible customer service!!! Do not use this location!!! Made an appointment to get our trailer hitch wired for lights, and they cancelled minutes before my appointment because the installation tech was leaving after the appointment before mine. The woman who called me to inform me of this was extremely rude about it and blamed it on the person who made the reservation. I got yelled at by the U-Haul lady for their mistake, and they were unwilling to help me after cancelling my appointment. This is unacceptable!
This location went above and beyond excellence. I had gotten royally screwed by another truck rental company and this location, not only managed to help pull things together that very day, but also gave me an incredibly good deal for all my troubles. Thank you!
As the reviews say horrible customer service. I called about dropping boxes off and she told me the bin was full but I could go ahead and bring them. Ok so why bother telling me all that. Then get there she was so nonchalant like “whatever put them over there” type attitude. Then the seal the deal I over hear her on the phone as I make several trips unloading my boxes -myself...she was on the phone dealing with a complaint 😱 whaaaaat! No surprise. She need to smile maybe it’ll make her day go better. When did customer service get so bad? People want a paycheck by don’t want to work...ijs!

Very friendly & professional staff from my home city & state of Lansing, MI all the way to my new home of Houston, TX. & their rental was actually cheaper than a few others that are nowhere near as huge a chain as Uhaul. They are & have been my top choice.

Went to two closest UHaul centers in Midtown and Downtown Houston... None had trailers so the downtown location assisted in a reservation for 3 days away at 16405 I-45 and Richey Location. Show up on Thursday 7AM, time reserved. No trailer. Mr. Harris the GM, reaction was unprofessional. What am I spose to do? I cant make it appear! I did my best to keep my cool... what am I suppose to do when Ive reserved days ahead and UHaul had all the time in the world to make sure trailer was there for me.The person day before did not return... Did they call them? Did they call me to let me know? Nope. You have one simple job... rent UHaul trailers. Please... step up.I said, well you have to upgrade to next available... There is no next available.. I will try and find one at another location.Which Mr. Harris did at this location in Spring. If I need one in future, Ill go to 2920 and I-45 location in Spring.

I must say...I was in need of only boxes to move..because I have movers with their own truck so when I searched for the nearest uhaul and saw the 1 star negative comment..I as a prior GM and customer service manager found it laughable...really? I havent used a uhaul truck in 10 years..yet even THEN..on your agreement and signage documents..it states..we will charge you X amount of $$$ if you fail to return the tank at FULL..and when I look at their fuel charge compared to the current gas station rate...I say..I will stop at the gas station thats ALWAYS conveniently local to that uhaul no matter if they are higher than my local gas station..I know that Im NOT going to give uhaul the chance to charge my credit card a crazy fee for any reason..YOU my friend..just didnt read..or listen to the associate who rented your truck...DONT put it on THEM..YOU are JUST ignorant to the fact of reading and listening..cause 10 years ago they explain it..point it out on your disclosure and IF youre too tired..thats your fault for not adhering to the agreement...this store sold me 15 boxes and tape at a great rate..with hospitality...lol..WOW people..READING is fundamental

I hated this location and wish I got a different one . The employee Jasmine was really rude and her sarcasm and customer service was very poor . Not to mention it’s expensive I left laying one amount but got billed way more

Dropped Uhual truck off to this property because I was not finished moving until after closing. Woke up to a $8 refueling charge for less than a gallon of gas. Truck was given to me with less than a half tank of gas. No issue with paying but $8 for less than a gallon of gas is ridiculous. No wonder the reviews for this location are what they are.

Ginger was rude and very inconsiderate. I was waiting at another location where the computers were down and as a courtesy they sent me to her location. She didnt care and said if I didnt make it there by 7 she was locking her doors anyway. She wouldnt let me speak to management.
