After being stood up by our roadside assistance, we called Wrecker Service and were so pleased with the service. We waited 2.5 hours for OnStar, and Wrecker Service was to us within 15 minutes of calling. Christian was absolutely awesome, very professional, and payed close attention to detail. After a flat tire that couldn’t be fixed with our tire sealant kit, he hauled us to a local dealership that was recommended by our roadside assistance, and after they were closed and we couldn’t get in (it was late), he suggested a 24 hour tire service who fixed our tire right away and got us on the road. I have no complaints whatsoever, and Christian really helped us when we were having a bad night. Save yourself a headache and skip the roadside assistance (lol) and just call these guys right away.

I just junked my vehicle with this company.It was easy to arrange the sale of it, and the company tows it for you as well.There was no title transfer because the driver said he will simply use its existing title to junk the vehicle

I was driving and he pulled out in front of me tonight almost hitting my jeep while towing a car and a middle finger in the whole process

They ruined my car. They improperly towed my vehicle and pulled the undercarriage out from my tire area as well as damaged my rocker panel . The woman who answered my call refused to tell me how the towed my car and who towed my vehicle nor the type of tow truck used.

They are really nice people you shouldn’t have any problem if you call them.They will come and get the job done! I recommend this service if anybody needs any help.

Top notch. Came quickly, was careful with my car, and provided a little advice to keep the wheel with the blown out tire from getting damaged. Highly recommend.

The gentleman that answered the phone was rude on two different occasions. Terrible to get into a major accident then have to be talked to in such a manner is extremely uncalled for. I would not recommend this place.
