Im very pleased dealing with this company. They came within 15 min when ETA was 30 min and the guy was very careful with my car, left no scratch or dent. I had very bad experience with another company. I was amazed of their professionalism, it was awesome experience. Oh, and by the way THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST company, I called a lot of different companies they wanted to charge me almost double. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible company. They were good 15 years ago but this is terrible. I monitor a property 2 miles from them for 40 hours a week for the last year and a half and every week people are stuck on our road with flat tires. I tried to send business their way and Best Houston Towing never responds. They dont pick up the phone and if they do its always 1 hour or more response time for a truck. Ironically the tow truck companies that do show up are coming from Katy tx or the other side of houston. Im finally saying something about this. Almost none of the tow truck companies we call ever arrive. This happens almost every weekend. I cant positively refer any tow truck company. All I can say is do business somewhere else with literally anyone else. Best Houston Towing...more like Worst Houston Towing.
