The agent was very professional and efficient. She made sure everything about our weekend getaway was perfect! Our trip was originally scheduled for May but due to COVID it was canceled. Every time I think about our honeymoon we booked with Tie’s Tours and Travel, I get chills - the good kind. Although my husband made all the arrangements with Tie’s Tours, I know it was phenomenal service because he asks very detailed questions and would not have booked otherwise. He said he was walked through step-by-step in the process and there were no issues.We were booked at an exclusive resort at The Ochos Rios Jamaica resort and the ambience, service, aesthetics and excursions were amazing.There were unlimited drinks in our room and all around the resort. We did not have one bad meal. There was so much entertainment at the resort that we really did not have to leave for any excursions. The night life was so amazing at the resort and we danced like everyone was watching :-). We met some very nice people that we keep in contact with to this day. The rooms were kept very clean and we could virtually ask for anything we wanted.There were several areas around the beach and through the resort that was so peaceful and relaxing.Tie’s Tours and Travel made sure our stay was phenomenal.
