My daughters school hired multiple buses from this company to take them to a retreat. They were supposed to arrive back home from their trip around 3-4p on a Friday. (As I am writing this it is now Thursday 5:15p).The students were notified this afternoon around 3p that instead of leaving at their scheduled time after their retreat was over (mid day Friday) they are now having to leave at 5a. This is ruining the trip for the students that have been looking forward to this trip for weeks and has created considerable issues with parents scheduled to pick their children up in middle of day and not later afternoon as planned. People do work and have jobs. The other concern is the bus drivers being tired after being up all night to get to the retreat location by 5a and then driving the students the 4+ hour ride back. This situation could have been averted with proper planning and scheduling and not been an issue at all. The attitude of the bus company is that is the way it is and you dont have a choice. Its either 5a or nothing. Would not recommend them unless you are not concerned about scheduling or dependable bus transportation to or from a location.

Horrible drivers that dont watch when they turn or change lane. Unsafe

The driver was incredibly rude and angry. He went to the wrong entrance, became angry, and openly resented the screening process mandated at our school for Covid. He used the restroom and did not flush and left the sink running as a form of statement.

This week, I had a ride with their bus, firts they were late for almost 3 hours, very slow.Taking their break for 1 hour.Not recommending.

Hauled us to and from Memphis. Reliable and on time. The kneeling buses are great. Using them from now on. Driver was great. Used buses 486, 487 (I think).

EJ and Miss Carla were excellent drivers and took such good care of us. They were polite, fun, safety oriented and professional. I wont mention the third driver with her bad sense of direction and unwillingness to stay with the group.

Saw 2 buses driving very recklessly through San Antonio. Very dangerous. Tailgating small cars (in the right lane) to weave in and out of traffic. I couldnt believe that not 1, but 2 buses were driving in this matter. I guess hire them if you care more about getting there fast vs getting there in 1 piece.

First i will say that I am only leaving a review because I have had no response from the company(3 attempts). I have spoken to someone on all 3 occasions but have not received a return call from supervisor as I was told. My daughter and I were nearly run over by one of your buses. My quick reflexes were the only reason we avoided the accident. The driver was looking over his right shoulder as he was entering the highway from a gas station( he should have been looking to the left). The driver never saw me and afterwards was using his phone while operating the bus. I am not leaving my contact info as Western motorcoach has taken my info on 3 occasions. Hopefully the company will contact me. Js

I booked a tour bus to the Washington, DC area and was very satisfied with the professionalism of the office staff (Harry Bao) and drivers (Larry, Randy and Joe ). The trip was a success because of the professional and excellent service of the drivers especially Larry who was with us from Sunday thru Friday and was very patient. We went to all of our destinations with nothing but A1 cooperation. Because of his patience, cooperation and humor, we were able to go on our tours without any obstacles.Thanks Western.

Went on a 4 hour bus drive to Dallas and i was very comfortable. my gripe was that the chairs appear to recline but sadly do not. the bathroom also did not have hand sanitizer. Better than not having Wi-Fi or bathrooms. (was playinjg pokemon online with friends)

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.Bus broke down then had to catch another bus to the casino. The female drivers name was MARVA..... Her attitude was bitterly disgusting and she seemed to be highly irritable. Before she called the break down in on her radio she began cursing and the patrons were confused by the way she handled the situation. So another bus had to pick us up BUT.... Time of departure was never known and we missed our bus going back to Houston along with 8 other people. Apparently Marva the not so nice employee told the few patron on the bus that she wasnt waiting for nobody and left the rest of us standed. We subsequently had to stay the night wich was costly seeing as we did not have a reservation. To top it off the lady who booked my ticket in Houston put the wrong casino on my ticket so I nearly missed the bus the next day. The driver of that bus was not sure if he would have room on his bus so I had to wait outside the bus in the scorthing heat for almost 30 minutes while other patrons enjoyed the nice cool A/C. Ill never pay for such blatant disrespect and the nonchalant attitude towards my well being EVER again.

Bus drivers are rude and mean but I did make it to my destination safely

Just like most other drivers from Texas these guys stay in the left lane and do not merge for emergency vehicles or lane closures until the last possible second

Their drivers nearly caused 3 different wrecks while I was on a trip to lake Travis thanks to their incessant swerving and lack of common sense
