We recently took our first vacation with our toddler and as I began to plan, I was simply overwhelmed by the options out there. Our wedding and honeymoon planning was pushed back multiple times due to COVID, but their team was incredible at helping my husband and I to rework plans. We wanted somewhere private and romantic for our honeymoon, and our advisor recommended doing a cabin at the Lodge at Blue Sky in Utah - we absolutely loved it and never would have found it otherwise! Just finished a four day spa trip at The Woodloch Spa Resort in Pennsylvania with two girlfriends. Kristen Sandvig, our travel advisor at West University Travel, planned everything from check in to check out and it could not have been better. I called Kristen in early February/March and told her what we were looking for and our budget. She sent us about a half dozen options and once we settled on a place and time, the rest was easy. She provided all the information we would need and followed up with us to make sure we didn’t miss a deadline to schedule spa treatments, sign up for classes/hikes etc. Once we arrived there was a little bit of a glitch with what we were expecting to be included in our pricing and what the spa had written on our itinerary. I called Kristen, sent her a picture of the itinerary and within 30 minutes everything was as it should have been. Typos etc. explained the mishap but we never had an uncomfortable moment having to deal with it. The spa was awesome and everything we wanted. No pretentious people or even guests. Casual attire was the rule of thumb and meals were awesome with a wide variety of choices. If you have special dietary needs, no problem. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing four day holiday with focus on friends rather than dealing with incidentals. We have already told Kristen to get ready to plan our next trip!
