My boyfriend took a package here to be mailed a week later theres no sign of the package and the owner kept saying hell call in 30 minutes..now im reporting it to the BBB because he had 48 hours to return my package or show me a confirmation # but neither was given..PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BUSINESSES RAN BY AFRICANS THEYRE SCHEMERS!!!

Like the other review states.... charges a fee of 2.95 to return a UPS prepaid package. What a rip off... you can go to Office Depot and drop it off without paying any sort of shady fees. I can imagine their tax services are over priced.

IRS should investigate this guy.

My experience has been the absolute worst no one answers the phone ever and to get ahold of anyone in this office is an act of divine intervention these people should be shut down 0 stars ET is never there and never available and his associates are rude never relay messages to him and the other associates that work in the tax part of it have no clue whats going on so if ET is working on your tax return they cant help you

$2 just to drop off a prepaid package... yeah no thanks.
