Horrible zero communication with the client by phone they make you arrive at the premises .. by the way the cost is 125 per preparation, which they do not tell you over the phone ..I called for several times they did not give me information about anything and today that it arrived they tell me that I even have to renew my Itin thing that they would have told me on the phone call so that I would not come from my house more than 1 hour away. I would have had all the documentation that they asked me and everything necessary but the mysterious ones are not done .. I know that surely the clients will have plenty but .. the most important thing between a client and a business like yours is the communication and you do not have that for your clients

I thought it was wrong because I have been doing my taxes with them for 5 years each year, a lot of 25 dollars when in other places they charge less, I keep thinking that they would charge me the same as last year and when one comes to realize that they raised more 😞 now charge 125 dollars
