Please please im begging you please do not go file with them first off how you have a tax business and dont know how to calculate numbers correctly you have to really watch watch what they put on tax info they will put false things on your tax info without you knowing i took 3 LOSSES filing with them.Please go file with someone thats more professional and thats going to answer all the questions that need to be answered .

The lady that worked there have did my taxes the last 3 years and I had no clue that she started selling my daughter SSN to someone because I didn’t receive money for my 3rd dependent and when I asked about it she said that was how it supposed to be and that I could only carry 3 but then I found out that I never would receive stimulus check for her because someone else carried her and that tax lady knew who I believe she sold her SSN.

They do a great job for as preparing the taxes... But Charge too much.... Almost $900.. They dont give u all the documents after the taxes are prepared....they Needs to be more professional and organized

Poor customer service when you file it never shows up on where’s my refund. Communication through text is a joke once they have your information getting an update is slim to none. They tell you the cash loan is about credit check loan lies lies lies. No text /call these people there a ghetto mess.

MEN STAY AWAY!!!!I did my taxes here for 2016 and ill never go here again. They only help women out. Had a friend refer me here (female). She got a discount on her taxes and got back a great return. I do my taxes and the preparer, Larissa, tells me that I should be prepared to be audited. Because I am a single father I should be ready to get audited. Sure enough, IRS contacts me telling me I was audited. Many reasons. Address was wrong, info was done incorrectly, numbers werent done right. Math was off. They have calculators and still cant add or subtract. They charge women way less than men. I got charged almost 600+ dollars for my return. IRS still is in process of my audit. I did my taxes in February and its November. This place is trash. They even got paid for my taxes and then want to try to charge me a second time. I paid them thru the IRS. IRS paid me 10% of my return up front until end of audit. All of it went to LESA. And when I check with them they lie and say they still need payment. Until I tell them the IRS sent me documents stating they got paid did they change their story. If you are a female, it might be the place. But for men, they will charge you more, and set you up for failure. STAY AWAY.

This place is nothing but money hungry people

Been going there for the last 3 - 4 yrs. Had no trouble til now..Attitude on phone when inquiring abt my return. My refund has been sitting in the office & no one called to say it was ready for pick up.Good thing I called,it’s been four weeks since I filed! Charged more for preparation this yr than last yr. Will not go back!

I would refer them to ANYONE that wants quality services at quality prices. Asked a lot of questions and explained to me why. Very professional staff from start to finish. I will be returning!

The person is not supposed to be preparing taxes in Texas. She is fradulent. She allows her workers to post frandulent information on my 2013, 2014 and 2015 taxes. Because of their false work, I got audited and owe the IRS 13,000. If you do not want to owe the IRS, DO NOT GET YOUR MS. LESAS TAX SERVICES!!!!

I went in February 1st and received my refund February 9th. Ms. Lesa personally did my taxes. For a black organization she and her staff are very professional. I made an appointment and they were ready at the time I arrived. Although in a hood area it was clean and totally professional.

Staff is very rude. I called to see if my refund came in twice the same day & the first time i called in a civilized voice they told me to check the status of my refund on wheres my refund. Second time i called i had to speak ignorantly toward them just for them to tell me my refund had came. Then i tried to cash my refund & they didnt want to verify the check w/ the check cashing place so the check cashing place told me to call. When i called to verify the check the lady was being extremely rude once again & didnt want to verify the check w/ me when i asked for the amount of the check she was like dont you have your paper work w/ you? I said no. She said well youll see how much it is when you pick it up. I said youre rude & your customer service is terrible then hung up. I would never get my taxes done at this facility again.

I paid $350 for the prep service last year, and my refund was higher. I am paying $536 this year and my refund is lower...and They sneak in hidden charges and dont explain! Beware of hidden charges and definitely pay attention to anything you sign, even if it seems standard at first glance! Be very careful...better yet, skip this place and try TurboTax because this establishment is very untrustworthy! They find sneaky ways to overinflate and charge you, and you more without you knowing. Like quoting you $150 for services, but in the middle of the standard paperwork for you to sign, there is a few extra $100 charges for random things that can cost you $500 or more by the time you receive your return check! Be careful people! The IRS needs to shut this place DOWN!

I went here this year an MS lesa went behind my back an claimed my baby I couldnt even get nothing back for my baby she is wrong an I hope she gets shut down you dont do people like that my baby is about to be 1 I couldnt get nothing done but I already contact the Irs an they contacted me back so she or whoever she had claim my baby are not going to be getting money next year she soo wrong an her whole place is soo rude
