I started going to Carol 2 years ago after going from one tax office to another. I couldnt get hardly anything back on my taxes. One tax office could only get me $500 back then I took the same taxes to Carol and got me over $3000.Carol knows taxes and you are just losing money if you dont see Carol for your tax returns.Thanks Carol

After calling to set up an appt. I go at my scheduled time and get told by Carol, who is the tax preparer, to leave my paperwork because she will be taking over 3 hrs with the previous customer. I leave my stuff and never hear back from her. I called and called for 2 weeks trying to get my income tax prepared and even asked for another appt on two different occassions but each tine I called I got told that Carol was working on it and that she would call me back later because she was very busy with other clients. Finally after 2 weeks i tell the receptionist to tell Carol that if I didnt hear back from her I would just go pick up my paperwork and go elsewhere, she magically finally had tine to call me back within the next hr. She apologizes for being busy and says she had no idea I had asked for another appt and had been denied it, so finally prepares my taxes while on the phone with me. Then she asks if i wanted her fee taken out of the refund or go in and pay. She told me what the fee would be and I told her to take it from the refund because I was in the ICU with my mother. She tells me how much it would be but when the refund was deposited it was $72 over the amount she had said. I called the office and was told by the receptionist that maybe my bank charged me a fee. I told her that after so many years of direct deposit of tax refunds I had Never been charged a fee by my bank. Carol calls me back after that and says that it wasnt a bank fee but she doesnt know what the issue was. She says she will call the bank and call me back. I never hear back from her. I call back about 4 days later and the receptionist tells me that they did call the bank and that it was a fee charged by their bank. I asked why they dont tell the customer that when they offer to take the fee from the refund. If I would have known I would have just gine and paid her in advance. She tells me rhat they do let the customers know, even though Carol had already told me she didnt know what the extra charge was for. I tell her to have Carol call me back but of course I never hear from Carol after that!! Horrible!! That office doesnt even deserve 1 star!
