Shes done my taxes twice now and did an outstanding job. Not only that, she was professional and courteous both times. Got life saving refunds and nothing but good things to say. Im not sure what you would have to do to get her to pull a gun on you, but Im sure theres much more to the story. I get the jokes but I was very pleased both times I came here. The 1 stars are not needed for such a helpful place.

Website says they are open but then they are not. This place seems so shady. Pull up to the office and the doors are locked and nobody answering the phone here or answering the phone...anyone else having a problem here? Speak up because if will have the new go back over there

There customer service is great. This place has been open for years and has never had bad ratings up until the misunderstanding. Please don’t believe everything in the news. There’s always two sides.

Don’t have your taxes prepared here, if you have any issues or complain you will have a gun pulled on you. AVOID THIS BUSINESSReading their replies would hopefully get you to realize these aren’t the people you want doing your taxes. I wouldn’t trust them with my personal info.

Finally, a tax service that I can carry into. Usually, tax people are so picky about not bringing iron into the consultation. Sure, Ms. Wright used to knock over ATMs, but that was over 10 years ago, and she has served her time. She now in the honorable profession of tax preparation, like any other respectable but uneducated tax consultant, and Im willing to look past a few transgressions in order to get a cheap tax prep. Heck, I dont even mind the IRS audits, exceptin that they dont let me bring my piece in with me.

I considered coming here because they were “endorsed” by another page I follow on IG. Well, I go to Facebook to write but went through the feed and noticed the “feed the homeless tour” and after further looking, I noticed they tagged “the shade room” 🥴. Doing homeless people taxes is noble I agree but if you make a “proper” credibility determination, the “feed the homeless tour” is nothing more than making money under the guise of “we serve too”. Idk, disingenuous, too much trying to be seen and heard. 😬Edit: Mz Biz,I would go into the “how you dont know what I do” etc. spill but that defeats the “not trying to be seen or heard” purpose. I will say Im a server, so its not hard to identify when its “in” you or “on” you but I digress.If you saw (yourself) in a negative light, so be it but it doesnt make my comment “negative”.Side note: Just looking at IG and FB this “help the community” appears new, not saying, people cant suddenly want to help but again, its not hard to ID when its “in” or “on” a person.Good luck.
