I did like then but I got audited for 2017 and went back to them. I was told to find someone to help me. Which I did and I love my new tax person thanks to one of my bfs recommendation. I no longer owe the irs. I am waiting on a refund. So thank you Hardy Hill tax for turning me away.

The worst service ever by Jacqueline she is very rude and her attitude towards other people is horrible. She thinks shes doing people a favor,a little humility from her on her part wouldnt be bad.

This is the worst experience ever. I understand were going through a crisis but a company should be able to answer you with confidence. Especially after they already did my return and sent it off. Now after several emails sent and dozen of calls being made. The different responses I got was First it sent off on such date and now it was mailed off on another date and they still cant see anything for the IRS pending at all. So now they want me to personally send it off certified my mail. Wow. BBB.

These guys are Legitimately the Best in North Houston Hands Down.I’ve been working with Thomas now for 6 years and I’ve always gotten the maximum return allowed.For those using Turbo Tax and these online apps think again an treat yourself to what Uncle Sam owes you! The owner and his staff should be ashamed. They received my refund check and never once called me to inform me of this and when I called them to ask when it would be ready I was given the run around for many days. Then it turns out that someone provided my license to pick up check on 08/05/2019 BUT that is IMPOSSIBLE because the license that was provided expired 07/23/19 and was no longer valid. Thomas stated he was the one who printed and gave out check. To make things worse my signature was poorly forged. I had to get the police involved and come to find out that this company already has multiple cases open against them. I will never return to them again and I don’t recommend that any one goes there. Shame on these people.I am glad that this review will be kept and of course we will find out who is responsible. 08/13/19

Amazing place, Thomas helped me and my husband right away. Very quiet. They have a tv with movies for the kids. I was in and out really quick. Thomas helped us out and guided us without putting any pressure on us. I would highly recommend this place to do your taxes. The only thing that stoped me from giving a 5 stars is that I wasn’t told how much the charge was until after he submitted, I should of asked as well but. Over all great experience. Definitely will be returning next year. Only this time I will also ask the price before submitting.
