If I can give this 0 stars I most definitely would. Never had an issue like this before. This by far has been the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I called multiple times for a concern I had with my tax return, I spoke to the agent Mari, not only did she have an attitude from the moment she answered the phone, she was very rude and was speaking over me the entire time. I was trying to explain my concern to top it off she hung up on me. I tried to call back she didn’t even bother to answer the phone. If you aren’t willing to work with your customers, you should really reconsider your field of work.
