Jay is an excellent CPA. He is quick to reply, sets clear expectations and delivers. The IRS sent us a little note about a sum of money that they found in regard to a past return that we hadnt reported and sent us a bill. We sent everything to Jay, he explained what was missed, told us what he needed and it turned out that we actually only owed the IRS $35 instead of the almost $4,000 they proposed was due. This circumstance may not have been overly complicated, but we didnt have the time and we certainly didnt want to go back and forth with the IRS. Hes prompt yet patient and a really good accountant whos honest and shoots you straight.

My business partner decided to file an income tax extension for our last years business tax returns. The only problem, he never told me so I filed my personal taxes without the final numbers. This led me to overpay the government so I needed to file an amendment to my returns to get some money back. I had never done this before and needless to say, I had no idea where to start.I called Jay to discuss the situation and he told me to send him copies of the returns along with the final numbers and he would take care of it for me.
