I’m so surprised when I came to this facility and I was greeted by a beautiful lady named Amy. This isn’t the first time I did my taxes at this location but even when Liz helped me last year with my taxes she was awesome as well but Amy has exceeded my expectations in hospitality and professionalism that she showed the first time I stepped into the door to when I sat down in front of her. All in all, I really recommend to this place and also her to whoever want to do the taxes

So first off, i havent done my taxes in 7 years so I was a little stressed out about it, as soon as i walked in there was a cute little poodle there to greet us which immediately made me less stressed because i love dogs. I had been quoted by two other taxspecialists and thought one was giving me a deal. Liberty was 500 dollars cheaper than my lowest quote. Portia and the other agent were incredibly easy to talk to about my situation and made a complete headache into an utter breeze for me i felt very confident I was in good hands moments after beginning the process. All in all they made doing my taxes an enjoyable experience and have gained a customer. Thank you!

Took a last minute appointment over phone. Walked in a little early, and was welcomed. Tax prep service was speedy. Things were explained and presented clearly. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a coupon in hand. However, there was a special they were offering. Our preparer worked the numbers to give us the better of the two. Will definitely return next year.

Very poor service the woman. Couldnt get anything right had to help on everything ..I had my taxes done last year there at that location.And they were very helpful ..I lost everything in Harvey and they helped with all the wright offs ..but this year is totally different was told I couldnt write anything off didnt even ask me any questions if I even had any..like i was rushed to get it done..then they wanna charge me 199.99 dollars to do them with in a ten min period ..Im gonna have them looked at again to make sure of my return this year...but I wouldnt not recommend anyone to this location period very poor services ..I dont think she knew what she was doing ...
