After using another company for previous filing, I have something to compare against. I wish I had used Amya Tax Services previously as it would have saved me from a very negative experience with the other company (a lot of confusion, having to correct basic errors in forms and waiting about for days for answers to questions). Theres been nothing like that with Amya.I was very impressed by the quick, clear responses to queries, automated reminders of key actions, and clear guidance at each step. All in all I am very happy and will be using Amya Services for the foreseeable future.Not only do they spend their time to ensure you are comfortable and understand your taxes - they make a point to go through every regulation and process to guarantee you the best return. And at the end of the day - that is what its all about.

Horrible experience with this firm. They have absolutely no knowledge of filing taxes, not aware of any IRS rules and are extremely unprofessional. They have caused me 3000 dollars in tax penalties by filing my taxes late and when I confronted them about this tell me it is my own fault. This is tax season so please stay away at all costs. They charged me a monthly fee and today right in the middle of tax season they send me an email to tell me they will no longer have anything to do with my small business. Stay away at all costs, this is tax season, spare yourself the trouble. Also all the 5 star reviews are fake and most likely have been posted by friends and please notice how they are all within the last month. I would give them zero stars if I could.
