I when there twice and had a bad day and experience. My husband and I decided to have them a last chance but same outcome. Perla would schedule us at 10, we would both ask for the day off at work and she would show up at 12 and then got to us till 2. This is so unprofessional, she rescheduled us because she ran out of time and we had to loose another day from work and same thing happen she was late and was on the phone most of our appointment trying to get a permit from USA consulate because she wanted to go on vacation... Really? The worst experience I’ve had. Oh and also I did my taxes in March she said it would take two weeks and I still haven’t received them... Please don’t go here!!!! Do yourself a kindness.

I REALLY LIKED THIS PLACE AND THEIR STAFF BUT LATELY THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT CARE FOR THEIR COUSTUMERS THEY EITHER NEED MORE CONTROL OF WHO HANDLES WHAT OR HAVE MORE STAFF, YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO BE CALLING THEM TO ASK ABOUT INFO THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO CONTACT YOU, OR THEY JUST FORGET TO CALL YOU BACK OR GIVE YOU RESPONSE FOR SOMENTHING, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CHARGING ITS RIGHT ON TIME. THEY ARE ALL FRIENDLY BUT JUST THEYR RESPONSE TOWARDS CLIENTS IS NOT GOOD ANYMORE. I REFFERED ALOT OF PEOPLE HERE.

Great customer service very family oriented place! The staff is the best and know what they are doing.. Perla is very professional at what she does .. she will attend to all your tax needs.!! My whole family does there taxes here and have been very satisfied every year. She will answer all your questions you have and goes above and beyond !! Highly recommend this place!!

Worst place ever. I was trying to legalized a pick up from the US to Mexico they told us the pick up had to stay between 3 or 5 days in the border. My wife took her days off from work just on time to do all the process. When we arrived at their office in the border of Laredo TX they told us the legalization will took up to 15 days. After those 15 days nobody called us to give us an update. We keep calling the Royal Tax Office and they ignore our calls. The process started in June 3 2019 and today is August 6 2019 and they still giving us a hard time the worst part is that they don’t want us to give us the money back and they still have the truck.

Royal has been doing my taxes for about 4 years!! Perla takes her business seriously, is always learning and preparing by taking courses and seminars to better serve her clients every year. I feel Im in good hands with royal Tax Service!
