H&R Blocks reputation and over the last few years, the new initiatives and branding to garner new customers and retain returning customers. Also, Jan Schwab, the Tax Agent who handled my return is very professional and efficient.

I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of they explained everything so well I was happy to have found them.
