I have done tax here for 5 years . The staffs here are so friendly and professional. Especially Ms Trang. She’s always ready to help, answer your questions and do the best service for you. Sometimes we have to wait for long time but it is worth it. She is always patient and give you the best solutions. Highly recommend

I am surprised to see negative reviews for Ms. Trang. I have been doing tax with her for many years. She goes out of her regular tax duties to help her clients a lot like calling IRS to check on the status of a refund. This is not a tax prepare duty and I dont think any tax prepare business would do this at all. In this amid Covid-19, I understand she is mostly not available in office and hard to get in touch. I myself had difficult times to get a hold on her. I was inconsiderate to call her a couple times on her day off and in the evening but she was kind enough to assist me. I know some people would take her for granted and when she denied to assist they would turn around and being bad-mouthing her.

My family has been going to Mrs. Trang for many years, and she’s amazing at what she does. Mrs. Trang gives her all to help others, and she takes her time! I highly recommend coming to her and to this place!

I have been with Ms Trang for 4 years. Honestly, She is amazing! The tax office is always busy, but Ms Trang is always patient and helpful. If you have questions, she is the one who is there to help you out. She answers every question I have. Every time when the tax season comes, i go there and wait for a couple of hours. I can see that she has never had her own time to eat or had lunch. She is there to do her job and doesn’t want her customers to wait any longer. I have been recommending many friends to see Ms. Trang, and I will continue doing that.

The place is ok, the only problem is the lady at the front, now at first glance she might seem nice. But you do something as to make her think youre questioning her authority she gets on you, shes so entitled saying do I have the right?, which is ironic because Im a United States Marine, and seeing her assert her dominance like that bewilders me. She doesnt even bother answering the calls, which I get when someone is busy, but come on, nobody is THAT busy as to not answer a clients call after a week of attempts. Heres my advice for those of you who come here, dont go to her Ms. Trang, just do your business with the boss himself, hes a jolly lad. Ms. Trang is just a headache, and for those who still think shes the nicest lady. Question her authority, and enjoy the show.

Wow, Ms. Trangs a celebrity apparently, if only they knew how much of a disrespectful and mean person she is in real life. Especially through the phone like ouch. Whats with the monotone voice? Why you gotta sound annoyed all the time? Chill out all I have are just questions.

This is my second time going here, and Ms. Trang is the sweetest, kind, welcoming lady ever. Very informative. If you feel intimidated by other places, go here. My friend from the HPD recommended me to contact Ms Trang for my tax paperwork when I first moved to Houston a few years ago. I just moved to another state last year, but I still go back to her for my tax. I really happy with the professionalism and services offered here.

Ms Trang she terrible customer service don’t come with her

Went with a friend to do her tax today. She was handicap so I park on their parking spot where there is a sign say for cti tax, it didnt say for agents nor customers so I assume it would be okay for both since it open n they do have a few spots empty for them. I use one, n no one was next to my car, so i can easy help her out to her wheelchair, n in later on. Since she is a customer there so I assumed it would be okay. Went there n it was lock, but the sign was still open, but I guess they were out for lunch. So we went to have a quick lunch n came back. The owner car was park behind my car to block it.. which I didnt know it was him until later on I ask who the car belongs .. what came next is what really piss me off. He went off n being rude to me. I apologize n said I didnt know n since my friend was a customer n the sign didnt say any thing about it was for the owner or his name was on it or for his agents. So I parked there.. still he went off on me n I was wow you dont need to be rude n im sorry again, but can you please move your car n I can get out n you can have your spot back.. and he still give me an attitude back saying there is other spot back there. Which is far n hard for me to get my friend out of the car bc there isnt a spot that there is no car park next to mine. where I can easily get her out. He strike back and said give me a few minutes with an attitude. Again, I said thank you when ever you can is fine, Thank you . Wow, what a terrible person.. even though, if it was my fault he didnt had to be so rude and went off on me like that. You can be a nice person say okay but just letting you know that is my spot. And not only that there was other spots there that he can park and still be in front of his office .

Being with CTi Financial for 6 years now, and 6 years with Ms. Trang (Jennifer), is excellent. Period. The office itself is great, but chi Trang always goes above and beyond to serve and help. And of course, I was with other CPAs in the past, but chi Trang is phenomenon. She is very kind, detailed, answering right to the point, and answering million of questions that I have. She is there to complete her job and help as much as she can. Many friends and family of mine come to her with the same feedbacks. Cant thank her enough! Five stars!CTi Financials office and Ms. Trangs work are very nice and cute too. I personally like Trang and have asked her to file a tax return for 6 years. I dont have to complain at all, often working in one place for many years will easily see defects and dissatisfaction, but Trang doesnt make me feel like that. Working fast, somewhere out of the office and her very busy Trang very busy. Every time I come, whether I have an appointment or not, I have to wait 1-2 hours a little. VERY large number of customers is the best answer for CTi and Ms Trangs good service.
