Great service..Been doing my taxes with Tiaysa for years she go get you right on together..

I am a returning customer since 2012! And I always come back! Customer service is the best. Not so long ago I called like 5 times and the 5 times I called the phone was answered politely and informative. I made it in at 5:55 pm because of traffic and I was still given the service that I was requesting. I am satisfied and will continue to come back. Thank you!

I love this place and the lady that did my paperwork..I call the next day to see did I get the loan she remember me she say come on your loan is here..When I call they answer with no problem or attitude..I love yall Ill be back next year 🤩🤩

If I could have given it a zero I would, worst customer service eve!. Didn’t even acknowledge my presence, there was no professionalism at all and P.S. lose the attitude will never go there or suggest anyone to go there.

Poor customer service the lady shana was great but the manager is very unprofessional, she don’t know how to talk to people, she didn’t let me explain my situation why I came to her she gave me the run around just because she wanted to leave. I was referred by a friend and I WILL NEVER refer anyone to her. She need more training of customer serviace. She had an attitude and I wasn’t the one for it!!! Then she tells me to come back Monday. She was thus close 👌🏿 To getting cussed out honestly!!!

I DID NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO MY TAXES, THEY SENT IN SOME UNFINISHED FORMS WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE & CONSENT AND I HAVE BROUGHT THIS TO THE IRS ATTENTION, BUT H&R BLOCK IS WHERE I WANTED TO GO, THESE PEOPLE DID NOT HAVE MY CONSENT & THEY KNOW IT, THE OWNERS REPLY IS A LIE, I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY CONSENT & NOW I HAVE THE IRS TO INVESTIGATE I HAVE GIVEN H&R BLOCK MY CONSENT BECAUSE OF HOW THESE PEOPLE CONDUCT BUSINESS AGAIN, YOU ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Just received my return awesome service been using them for years never had an issue I recommend them to everyone.

Called to get an update about my return but customer service is very poor. The phones are being answered with attitudes as well as people hanging up in your face for no reason. I asked for a number to file a complaint was not given one. I asked for the name of the individual who hung up in my face but all of a sudden they do not know who it is. Been a customer for 8 almost 9 years will no longer continue with their services.

Has anyone heard from them about your stimulus check?

Terrible services and they close before they time. Its hot ghetto mess and Im never coming back!
