I have never in my life been around so many rude and hateful people who act like they care about you or your family. When they dont care at all except to make your life miserable.

There is something critically wrong with these investigator. After presented the facts, how can someone close a case. the caseworker was so bias. She had her mind made up without contacting any of the reporting individuals. she held the abusers hand and bought into the poor me after having solid proof of abuse. Bias!!!

Karen-emp#5035 is very unprofessional, and was unprofessional the throughout the entire call!!! I hope these calls are being recorded and monitored for quality assurance!!!! And how convenient the survey at the end of the call wasn’t working at all!!!!!!

Evelyn Smith should be immediately fired. Her professionalism along with being very uneducated with an ignorantanner should be questioned handling small kids and defusing situations. Shame on you and your supervisors. This place and the personnel are not for the good of parents reuniting with their own children. Shame on all involved.

Horrible service how you all failed Maleah Davis. If you don’t want to do your job 100 percent you don’t need to be there. Your job is to protect children and remove them from harmful environments. Not place them back into them now look another poor innocent child is dead because of you all.

That place is owned by the devil, and the worker named Candice Mouton is a lier, she lies to take people kids away. The company needs new, good, honest, workers. No one kids should be in this place.

They are unorganized, dont return phone calls, dont provide requested information in a timely manner. In fact, 2 people told me they would email me some info I requested. Neither asked for my email address, which is not on file. The first caseworker I dealt with was highly unprofessional and spoke in a threatening manner. To the person who posted 6 months ago about his 6 yr old that CPS wont do anything about: keep trying. Make sure you stress that the child is being abused and neglected by a drug addict. You may need to have someone else call since they may think you are lying because its your ex. Actually, I am surprised that would matter since they claim that they have to investigate EVERY call they receive. Most calls they get are a pack of lies by someone with alterior motives and they waste a lot of time and resources that should be spent helping kids that need to be protected.

Hands down the worst place and they only hire you if you are completely retarted. They check no information. And worse than anything they return with no accusations. This place is a joke and so are the employees.

Need to fact check BEFORE acting... Wish i knew then what i know now... Take kids from loving single parents, yet give kids back to polygamists, KNOWING full well whats going on there... Its all about the almighty $$$$...

The staff here are full of lies and very unprofessional they have made me and my kids life hell i didnt even have a case so they put one on me because of me reporting them to higher chain of command they came to my home and ruined it . robin black Was on my case she lied to her superviser saying i wasnt comply for what reason i dont know then her superviser talked to me like i was a child and no respect so i filed a complaint on them both only to get another case i dont understand but they are doing some wrong stuff in that office and i pray that one day they get caught i have proof and pictures and videos of ms robin black bringing her kids to work on cases i file complaint on her still nothing was done i will not stop untill they are caught

Everything is so bass aackwards with these people. The people they actually need to investigate dont get investigated but they are quick to make a move on people they dont need to worry about. Dont have children but I work at a daycare and Ive seen it happened so many times its ridiculous.

Sounds like there needs to be accountability with the employees. In other states the employees are personally held responsible for their laziness and lack of professionalism. In fact, they go to prison for not doing their job. Hopefully Harris County wakes up and sees what is going on before more children suffer, and hopefully before children get killed. This department has lazy employees who do not care, and do not do their job.

Jesus take the whelel. Pray for the helpless and dont call this office for assistance.

Im a single father with 6yrs oldLiving with me since 2015 now.Took my son for a weekend with his mom.now she wont let me see my son, she is not taking hom to school missing 15 days already. Missed doctors appointmentsWell I called cps and they said they cant do anything due my son is not in danger.Here is a copy paste text from his crazy mother ...............We just got attacked, your son was in the car, this guy coming to hit us and you think Im making excuses.........My response was call the police and stop taking my son with you buying drugs..Cps still does not believe me .I think because Im a man with my son.She keep telling cps she will take my son to school but no luck. Cps is doing nothing for my son smh..

Do not let these caseworkers into your home. They are bullies and they will do and say everything and it will not give you your rights as a parent especially when your child has been removed they will not give you answers they will prolong the process as long as they can they are getting paid by the state and as long as they have an open case they could care less about your rights speak to an attorney Google your rights do what you need to do before speaking to anyone. This place is a joke!
