Great employer! Been with company 7 years and those who say it’s a bad place to work that because you did NOT put your best into the environment! Always be the thermostat in any place you’re at because the thermostat changes the temperature! It’s no place where there’s always “good people ” however you should NOT allow people to dictate how you react to others but allow the Lord God Almighty Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you daily! Visiting IT DEPT for work. This location has bookoo FREE parking unlike the other location. There is also a deli on first floor open to public.Only issue was there was no receptionist at the Amerigroup front desk and no one responded to the doorbell outside the entry into their office suite, so I had to wait outside for someone to come out so that Id could get in.

Glad I no longer work at this place! Thank you jesus for removing me from this mess fess! I throughly enjoyed some of my coworkers, while others need to just take several seats!

I work for a medical office in Katy. I have tried to contact someone, any one actually to help me with a patients claim for payment. They deny payment time after time. I have sent their requested records at least 6 times. They always say they did not get them. Even certified.??? This is a 87 year old man. They will not help him at all. The patient has been sent to collections for the debt Amerigroup will not pay. He calls me every month to see if there is any news on the account. I feel so bad for him.
