Have used this place twice. Wheel bearing replacement and then a crankcase breather hose. Also had them do whatever other recommended maintenance (oil changes, brake system flushes, air filters, etc.) Price and service cannot be beat!!! I’ll definitely be back!

First time coming and it won’t be my last. Brought my son’s Audi Q5 for a brake job. I couldn’t remember if it was the back or front brakes because my Audi dealer said it needed brakes soon. So I brought it here and they were going to check it out and let me know what they found. I brought it in the morning and was told by Matthew that he would call with what they found. I received a call around noon with the estimate and the car was ready the same day as promised. They work off of appointments which I didn’t do but it worked out anyways. Clean but busy shop. Nice guys and fast service. I will bringing my Audi A6 when it needs service too.

I had a bad experience with the dealership. I know little about what’s going on under the hood of a car and I felt mislead by a couple things. European Cars were so helpful and kind explaining the fixes needed and charged a fair price!

Matt helped get my headlight fixed and also helped me with some mold growing in the ac of my q5. The car smells amazing and Without question i will be returning for all of my future work. European Cars Limited charged us $600 for a diagnostic test.We had our 2012 Audi Q5 towed to European Cars Limited on the recommendation of a neighbor. After 5 days at this shop, our car still had not fully been diagnosed. We had to call consistently for updates and were told several times within the first few days our car had not been looked at. We were in rental car being charged daily, so our goal was to get things done quickly and efficiently.After a few days, we still didnt have solid answers. I told the office manager that I was considering moving the car to a dealership, because we had recalls to complete as well. He told us that we would have to pay hourly instead of the regular diagnostic fee which is around $150, because it was taking their mechanics extra time to figure out the issue. Since they were unable to diagnose the issue in a normal amount of time, they wanted to take apart the engine and charge us additional to diagnose. We declined, but still ended spending $500 on an incomplete diagnostic test, plus an additional $100 in fees and taxes.I guess, as a pro, the office manager we dealt with was generally pleasant throughout the transaction. He allowed us to break the fee into payments and everyone was nice to my husband when he came to have the car towed to the dealership. This was very helpful, since my husband is a disabled veteran and has been unemployed for more than a year. They also told us that if we did the repair at their shop instead of the dealership, they would allocate the $600 diagnostic fee towards the repair of our car.In the end, we had all of our repairs done at the dealership, not European Cars Limited. The issue was diagnosed at the dealership within half a day with upfront pricing, plus we were given a loaner car for 3 days while they completed our repairs.This entire incident was an absolute headache. We will not be back to this shop.

Found these guys online for a pre purchase inspection on an Audi. The reviews were spot on; Matthew was friendly, courteous and clear. They use the same worksheets big dealers use to Certify their used car inventory. With his findings (and I was already under blue book) was able to negotiate an even better purchase price and I had assurance from a trained mechanic that I wasnt buying a lemon. If you are in the market for a preowned luxury vehicle, you have got to go to European Cars Limited. I now plan to use them for all my future service needs.

My car was due for a B service per the Mercedes dealership (after buying it CPO from them 10 months prior) and they wanted $750 for what was mostly a list of checks. After doing some research, I called 4 alternative service places and after speaking with Matthew, I knew immediately European Cars was going to get my business. They performed an oil change and the required service on my car for $150 and told me I was good to go for at least another 5,000 miles (about how much I put on my car per year)! They were courteous, quick, and completely upfront.

Good / Quality shop!!! I have a 2009 VW Jetta that needed a clutch replacement. While doing that, I also did the rear main seal and the bleeder block. Now, were all human and make mistakes from time to time. The mechanic made a small mistake on the rear main seal causing it to leak on the test drive. The shop took responsibility for it at no extra charge to me!!!! If your looking for a good, honest, quality shop to take your baby to, this is the place to go!!!! Do not get wrapped up in the part a mistake was made!!!! Get wrapped up in the thought that the garage was honest and up front!!!!! Id rather have honesty over anything else!!! I make mistakes at my job sometimes, I cant hold it against someone else for doing the same. These days its very hard to find a honest technician that does quality work!!! Matthew & his crew have been handling my cars for a couple of years now - from the classic 3-series to the highly-technical M6. To put it simply, these guys know what theyre doing and theyre honest. Thats about all you can want out of your mechanic. If youre having issues, go by and talk to them. I unfortunately made the mistake of talking to them after I went to the dealership. I figured the dealership would know how to handle the M6 best. My check engine light came on 3 times within a one month period and it became clear that I needed to find professionals to handle this issue. Let me recap:- Engine regularly required oil- dealership says M6 engine burns oil- European Cars says sure, but the reservoir is also leaking- Tire had a nail in it- dealership says we plugged it for you- EC says plugging run-flats is generally frowned upon- Check engine light came on - O2 sensor issue- dealership says 1st time we reset that error, should be good to go- dealership says 2nd time we put in 2 new spark plugs, should be good to go- dealership says 3rd time we shuffled around your spark plugs, should be good to go- EC says we replaced your O2 sensors Car is running perfectly nowWow - its embarrassing to even write this, but people need to know that these guys should be taking care of your vehicles because the dealerships are just giving you the run-around.

Its been awhile, but I dont believe I wrote a review. I took my car here because it was the only place that had amazing reviews. So had my little 02 GTI VR6 towed over to have her looked at.They let me know what the issue was and repaired my car in decent time for a little shop. What was awesome was Matthew actually showed me my replaced parts and let me know how my clutch and flywheel worked, and even informed me of other issues they found and asked if I wanted them fixed, otherwise, it was just a FYI type notification. I was called a few times and given updates which was nice instead of my usual keep calling the shop.Furthermore, when I had concerns post repairs, I was given the time via phone to have all my nitpicky questions answered with out rush; not to mention the answers were clear and informative as opposed to quick. In case youre curious, I had noticed the clutch had a smell, and was wondering if the new clutch would do that. Otherwise, my car is running perfectly right now, :) and I highly recommend them.
