I have never been disappointed at a Northern Tool & Equipment Store. They offer a wide range of brand name products at very affordable prices. The store is clean and well lighted with excellent merchandise presentation. Store associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I wanted to leave a review for Norris, Anthony and Jose every time I come here which has been more than 5 years due to the great help. Advice and great service with a touch of a great personalities. I would recommend the whole city to go to these guys!! They know there work and will never lead you wrong nor will your pressure washer or anything else come out of here running better than the day you bought it by the way they work. Great people all around Norris is the best! I highly recommend Bellfort and 45 when it comes to getting everything from generators to pressure washers to lawn mowers do anything with a motor in it they will not lead you wrong. This is the reason I give them a 5 star rating Ive never had such a great interaction and personal relations from coming here so long but all I can say is NORRIS KNOWS HIS STUFF AND IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!

I Googled “reflective jacket near me” and Northern Tool came up. So of course I came here immediately to buy one and I’m glad I did. The selection was great and the staff was very friendly. I have to come back another time to shop for tools. From the short time I was there I could see that they have a lot to choose from. I will definitely return soon.

Steven, working in the trailer section, knew exactly what I needed. Its nice to have an knowledgeable employee with skills to help customers. We dont see this kind of service any more. Its great tool store.

I paid for a trailer, they didnt put it on, I had to install it myself. The employee unchained the trailer and said he couldnt do anything else. I will not shop there again. I will tell my family and friends not to shop there. VERY SORRY SERVICE.

Northern Tool have a very hood location there on 45 south and Belford, many tools, many equipment to choose ; I have been there everytimevi need something, they are professionals and help me with whatever I need, nice people ready to help !!!Price ? Went to buy a generator and had lots of gift cards to use for my purchase. Maria the cashier had to enter each card manually. There were about 12 cards. She was very nice and patient with us. Will definitely come back.

Today I walked into the store and I really appreciate Mr Bill he went above and beyond he didn’t just help me as a customer he treated me as a friend and that really made feel appreciated as a customer as well the cashiers are really friendly and helpful I will definitely come back to and tell my friends and family about my experience Thank you!!

My husband Website said they had plenty and I go and only found one tire and I asked the cashier and she had no idea, bought the one and wife was driving, I called the store, as website showed 36 in stock and I was told they had plenty then I said that the bin was empty, so he employee said let me put my hands on them and they are out. He was shocked as I was but not sure why.Not sure why it said they had and then find out they dont have any. He the employee said they get a truck Tuesday and Thursday and they have no idea what they are getting. So while I was treated good, Northern should have a better idea of what stock they have 1 vs 36? Im sure the employee check the website that should be tracking as I looked at the whole store and the 1 tire was not in the bin was empty with the sale sign. Call before you go would be my advice as our experience was going there.

Had a great experience at this Northern Tool on Bellfort, James is the manager and he personally helped us, I don’t see a lot of managers at stores have that level of customer service where they help you themselves which was a breath of fresh air. James was very knowledgeable with the products and also fostered a fun work environment by the way his employees responded to him and laughed and joked with him. I have never been to Northern Tool before but he definitely made a customer for life. I will be back to make future purchases!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service at this establishment. Stephen was extremely helpful assisting me with the purchase of a chainsaw. He advised me of extended warranty and made sure I learned how to operate the chainsaw properly.

I purchased an air compressor here and took it to my shop and it never worked so I turned around and took it back to them5 days later I havnt heard from them so I decided to go and ask about itThey told me that it is not ready so I requested a refund or exchange they said no repair only (brand new item )Then I requested a loaner they said that is not an option neither now I went and bought another one from home depot with better warranty and their junk will be abundant and I wont be back again specially with their managers altitude

The cashier, Lavatria (or whatever how it is spelled) is very rude and not very friendly to customers. I tried to make small talk with her and she quickly cut me off and spoke over me. When I put my card in the card reader unlike this card reader when it ready to be taken out it did not ding or ring or say remove card, so of course I didn’t know to take it out and Lavatria yelled out to remove card. Hell it’s not my fault the Northern Tools card reader won’t notify customers when they have paid to remove the card.

Mr Norris in parts and services department was great help very courtesy and informative will recommend others and most definitely will return
