Went in for oil change and inspection... this is a small shop and you pay in a small room. Problems: 1) masks are required but employees in room dont have masks on. When I brought it to their attention they got angry. 2) Car was not ready on time even though they have almost no customers.. somehow blamed me. I had to comeback an hour later. 3) This was my last time.. but even though I have been there at least 10 times and dealt with the owner...he didnt know who I was or have any records of previous visits. Even before computers there was better record keeping. 4) They dont respect their customers during a time when service is so important...you can see it in the owners face... he just doesnt care.

Friendly, professional, stay in communication of your situation, and moderately priced. They even washed my car prior to delivery. Also, accurate on time to expect completion.

I had my AC issue fixed here for a reasonable price along with filters. They are upfront and honest about the cost. They are all nice people to be around. Overall a wonderful experience. I will be returning again for future car necessities.

From the outside this place looks a little rough but it was truly great fast service. The guys were nice and professional and the lady at the front was friendly and informative. The waiting area was clean as well, which is always a plus. Inspection was quick and the car wash they provided was a nice touch that I appreciated.I could see myself coming here for future services. Ive been planning on getting my brakes worked on for some time so Ill probably be doing that in the next couple of months here.

This is going to be a long review but trust me when I say it is worth your time to read. A few months ago started having some car problems that resulted in my having to take my car in to a shop, that Ill refrain from naming, for repairs. Turned out my timing chain had broken and needed to be repaired and after spending $1350 for them fix the timing chain, water pump, oil change and flush my system for the car to start messing up again. When I returned to the other repair shop i was told the engine coils were bad, even though I had replaced them less then 2 weeks before. Now I told you all of this so you can understand my frustration and distrust when I decided to take my car to Wycliff Automotive. From the moment I walked in it was a completely different experience. They are a family owned and operated company with very knowledgeable mechanics who do fast and exceptional work but what really sets them a part from other repair shops is their customer service. I feel like that is the wrong term, because they really made me feel like a friend of the family. After hearing my story the owner of the company worked with me on not only a great price but also is allowing me to make payments, while also being able to get my car back so my girlfriend can go back to work. Oh the work ended up being some bent valves and a nearly destroyed front catalytic converter among some other things. All together my price was roughly $700. These guys have gotten a customer for life and if you give them a chance I promise you will become one too.

They work with Carvana next door on minor repairs, but unfortunately this doesnt make them any more professional. They did a terrible job replacing some torn door weather stripping on a used car I purchased next door. The interior panels were loose, weather strip wasnt seated correctly, gaps were showing, and maybe worst of all it didnt look like they used gloves because the interior fabric around door was covered in grease. A very shade tree mechanic job. Only after pointing all this out to them, they did clean and reclip the panels, but still couldn’t get the strip to stay down correctly.

BEWARE!! untrustworthy, dishonest business.In the event you need you car serviced, go elsewhere. no matter the cost, you will be in better hands then with this gas station auto mechanic.Treated unfairly and the problem was not corrected. once they have your vehicle, they do not answer the phone. I should have done my research first and i would have found this out before hand. Lesson learned!!I feel cheated even driving by this place!!! BEWARE!!!

Honest people, I trust them when I bring my car over here.

Went to this shop for a brake repair one year ago, paid $600 and car now violently shakes when braking. Also had repairs done after a wreck and car now looks like a chop shop rebuild. They scratched my bumper, paint is chipping off of the hood, and my battery was dead when I picked up the car. In addition, I returned the vehicle for paint touch ups a few hours after picking it up because it looks horrible and my insurance won’t reimburse the rental costs because this shop can’t provide them enough info to justify my needing to return the vehicle for several days.Stay far away from this place!!!

I got my breaks done here and was over charged and screwed over. At the time I got my breaks done the guy told me I didn’t need the rotors a few months later my breaks started squeaking real bad I took it it back and they said I needed new rotors. The mechanic insisted he told me I needed rotors I went to a different shop got the rotors put on for $150 less then this place quoted me after ripping me off. Then I had to pay to replace the breaks again when they took off the previous breaks I found out that this shop charged me for the more expensive breaks but put on the cheap ones smh be very careful when getting work done here specially if your a women. Please don’t delete my post ! I have posted on here previously and it was deleted along with all the other bad reviews.

I highly recommend working with these guys. I came in for a state inspection and the wait time was less that 30mins. as an added bonus they handwashed my car. I also recommend purchasing the groupon voucher because that makes the whole process much cheaper. I worked with Julian and I definitely will be back next year for my inspection.
