This place was called out to fix a patio door. Realizing it was a double pane that needed to be order left the glass shards there in the frame and got PAID for a service call that was left unsafe! Who leaves pieces of broken glass in a frame that is on a front porch and accessible to the public.?

Terrible Customer Service, my account was not even set up after 24 hours I first called in. You have to go through hundreds of question before can even start order a glass.
