OMG!! I came desperate to get my phone fixed. Googled this location, spoke to a really nice young lady who texted me directions immediately.I arrived and was greeted by Sultan. He was awesome...super fast, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Samsung S8+.His visual assessment: 3 seconds.It was my battery that started to expand and separated a portion of the back from the front. Sultan knew immediately what it was; he also asked if I charge it all night. I told him yes and he stated that it isnt necessary to charge for more the 90 minutes.His repair: A whole 6 minutes to be completely done...mind blown.I went in to the ONLY Samsung store here in Houston (Galleria) a few days ago. They had my phone in the back for 35 minutes and came out afterwards with their sort of assessment that it could be the battery...but we wont know until we take a look inside. I have been here multiple times and the work they do here is always amazing. I currently have the iPhone 7 and already had the screen replaced twice. Each time the service was quick and not very expensive (I paid about $75). The guy who works there is very friendly and works pretty quickly. He has fixed my phone in less than an hour (usually about 30 minutes). Last time I had an issue with the screen I came back the next day and he replaced it with a brand new one for free. Come here if you can 👍

They work in a timely manner, and device works well, although with thorough inspection... the device screen look like it has some minor scratches with the back light of the LCD goes dark... but other than that mobile works perfect, and would recommend other to uses yall services.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy J7 prime here two weeks ago for a cracked screen. The gentleman was able to fix it quickly and I was thankful for not having to go too long without my phone. The repair was high quality, and has held up nicely.He also advised me that I should use a screen protector. He did not have the exact one my phone needed but told me that if I buy one on my own off amazon and bring it, he will install it for free so that it wont have any bubbles. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

I came to Phone Repair Ambulance Westchase on May 23 to get my iPhone XS Max screen replaced and was quoted $169 for the screen replacement. The only reason I came to them was because the Apple store was not open due to the pandemic and still is not open unless you mail in your phone. When I received my phone, I noticed the screen had a yellow tint. I informed the tech who then told me its because they replaced the cracked screen with a low quality screen.If I was to want my screen to have the initial Apple brightness/color, it wouldnt be possible as they purchased the screen from a third party vendor as Apple does not sell the original screens.Thus, the low price to get it replaced - the saying you pay for what you get.I understood that and they gave me an option to replace it with a higher quality screen for an extra $200 something dollars. I dont remember the actual amount.I understand that the screen quality was not going to be comparable to the original screen, but they should have informed me that there would be a yellow tint instead of the normal white tint prior to the service. Even though it was a minor inconvenience, I decided to upgrade paying roughly $450-500 dollars for a screen replacement.Which is a lot -- you could literally buy a phone with that money. However I was desperate. I didnt write a bad review then because obviously I had a part of the miscommunication in the screen repair.Fast forward roughly 5 months... i.e this week.I noticed that the top of my top of my screen was unresponsive to touch.I went to Apple Support online to try to resolve the issue, but was informed I would need a screen replacement. So I go back here to fix it. as Apple stores are still currently closed. I speak to Rashed who understood my situation and relayed the message to this manager, Josh. Who then tells him that he could not repair the phone without a charge as it has passed the 30 day grace period.My phone had no damage until now - I used a screen protector and kept good care Attached are pictures of my phone for proof Im not just writing a fake review or that my phone had any issue outside of what Im writing.The phone just suddenly had an unresponsive top screen. I asked what could be the problem. He told me that there could be two issues -1. screen replacement2. lcd issue.This caused me to go livid as one, the screen had no cracks or issue until this week and two, I did not have a LCD issue prior to entrusting them with my screen repair.This issue happened after I gave them my phone, but because its passed the grace period, they cannot fix the phone for me without paying. So basically theyre asking me to pay them to fix what they created because suddenly the issue started to occur outside of the grace period.The manager apparently tried to negotiate by stating that I would only be paying for the repair, but not the service. Thats ridiculous.I paid to have my screen replaced that worked perfectly fine, I was just irritated by the crack screen. I was initially happy with the repair for roughly 5 months and suddenly the top of the screen is unresponsive so now I have to pay to get it fixed b/c its passed the grace period.I would gladly pay for it if I was the one who caused the issue, I mean I forked out ~$450-$500 because I was desperate, but clearly the issue came about after whoever replaced my screen as there was no LCD issue prior to this as it was just a screen replacement and the screen currently has no issue.I understand that Reshad was just the messenger so I tried my best not to go Karen on him. Which I have never done in my life nor have I ever encountered a situation like this.I told him to give me the number to Josh to follow up on the situation. He told me to call around 5:30-6 when he comes back to the store. When I called right now at 5:53 P.M., Reshad answers and tells me that hes still not in and to call back Monday as they are closed on Sunday. I will update on the situation once I get contacted.

Got my phone fixed two weeks ago and owe them a thanks. Shopped around for a place that could do it the same day. It was a relief to get it from unusable to virtually good as new the same day at a lower price. Dropped it off then came to pick it up that evening.

Came to this place cause it was a Lil cheaper than a samsung authorized repair place and the two guys at the store were super friendly and helped me out because I needed the phone back before the next day. The guy told me that I would need to leave the rubber bands on the phone to keep the glue in place for my screen for at least three hours but I kept em on til the morning just to be extra safe. Soon as I take the rubber bands off I notice a small spot on the lcd of the phone that wasnt there before which was kinda annoying because its a nice phone and wasnt that way when I brought it to them and paid 300 dollars for the glass to be fixed. I paid alil extra for for screen protector and they werent able to install Im the night before so I go to have the protector put on and I cant help but notice its the cheapest one you can get on Amazon. I tell the guy about the spot on my lcd and he calls the manager and they offer me a 30 dollar in store coupon for a repair that easily could Cost 300 or more. So fine I can get over the spot, the guy puts the protector on my phone and now my phone wont read my finger print unless I press harder. That frustrates me enough that I just leave because I paid almost 50 bucks for this protector and it cant even work good enough with the hole cut out to read my print. So normally I dont do reviews like this but once I get home and try to use my phone again it wont read my print and my phone tells me press alil harder and try again but as I press alil harder the glass these people just replaced cracks straight up the middle from where my thumb was pressing. No way this is premium glass that it breaks under the pressure of my finger. My advice if you have an expensive phone like my note 20 ultra is just spend the Lil extra and goto an authorized repair technician. This place basically ripped me off for 350 bucks and I will be calling my bank in the morning to reverse this charge for sure. Dont be a fool like me and do it right.

I deleted my old popular 5star review of this place and replacing it with this one. We went in for multiple fixes for my girlfriends iPhone 7 after a bad drop and it seemed like a good place they explained the problem and fixes in detail. It only took a few hours however after the Initial fix and days later the front camera and home button that they fixed started having problems. So we took it back a couple weeks later as she was out of town in college and couldn’t get back to fix the issues. However when we went back to show the issues the same worker that helped us last time completely denied that he had fixed the home button and presented A completely “new” problem that would have to cause hundreds of dollars to fix. So we opted not to go with this place again and now today we’re finding more problems with the speakers on the phone that never had issues before and she is completely careful with her phone. After this whole ordeal this seems like a place that replaces broken parts with cheaper parts to keep Turning a profit for more fixes later on. DO NOT go to this place for a phone repair they will leave you worse off. I’m all for small business but this place lacks integrity completely toward their customers. I don’t write reviews for business ever but this one seriously rubbed me the wrong way.

I came in to fix the screen but the phone seems worst than when I came in. The screen is fixed but the phone keeps moving and opening apps on its own. I have to keep turning the phone off and doing a soft restart on the phone.Please do not waste your time here. In the long run it’s not worth it.

This place is a scam. Spares are used, probably from stolen or broke phones. I asked the back câmera of my iPhone 6S+ to be changed and after a month the “new” camera stopped working. I have been back 4 times to the shop since in hope to get a replacement. I waited each time for nothing. Once he replaced the camera and it was even worth. Another time he said he “misplaced it”. 75% of the customers that came to the shop while I was waiting were coming for asking a refund or complaining that the repair was not working!!

Guy lied about me needing the original charger for my phone to fast charge. He put it on a special charger that allowed my phone to show fast charging. Then sold me two new chargers that I learned were nicely wrapped used chargers when I got home and the phone still slow charges. I called up there and he said just come back. I think not, you fooled me once. These excellent reviews are most likely an illusions posted by partners. Ive learned there are turbo charging mechanisms that they use to sell people chargers that can damage your phone over time. I would advise to find another phone repair shop. Paid cash!

This place is horrible! First, I found a Groupon for this place and purchased it, when I tell the guy about it he tells me they no longer accept Groupon and they cannot honor the voucher. So I still drop off my phone, guy tells me come back in 45 mins, I get there and he tells me he couldn’t complete the repair because the home button wasn’t working and there would be an additional charge. When I took my phone in it was working just fine and when I looked at it you could clearly see they broke my home button and my screen was cracked even more!! They purposely damaged my phone more so they can charge me extra! So unprofessional and a scam. I do not recommend this place to anybody. This guy seems more concerned on how he can get more money out of people instead of actually doing the repair you took it in for in the first place.

CROOKS!!! Brought pristine S8 inn dropped off. Went to pick up my phone, simple case of i had changed password n forgot it, i immediately noticed they took off the physical s/n sticker from phone, no explanation why, i feel they then entered digital s/n on about phone on another phone (not mine) and now 2 days later screen is decaying rapidly. While i was there 2 girls would not leave because these guys had their laptop for over 10 months, clerk called police on them. Dont go there.

I had an S 8 that the back was coming off the phone. The battery had swollen. They correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced to battery. Best $60 Ive spent in some time. Phone works perfectly now. Any further problems and I will return.
