Went in with a groupon valued at eighty dollars. when i got there after driving across town with an appointment i was told that because the lcd was broken they would fix it for $95. not only did they refuse to honor it they refused to return my phone back to me when i pushed the issue, and tried to explain how the groupon worked. they gave me my phone back broken and missing pieces. i ended up having to go to the galleria mall where i got the whole screen fixed for $70 dollars at a kiosk where i watched him do it and that included a screen protector no groupon required. do not buy their groupon, and honestly as a young woman the way that they spoke to me and were really aggressive with refusing to give my phone back to me when i asked i wouldn’t go there at all unless you have a man with you because obviously they don’t respect women.

I highly recommend this place. Taha took care of my iPhone 7 after I broke my screen and now my phone looks brand new. Thanks for the quick, excellent service!

The gentleman who helped me was super accommodating and helpful! In addition to being late for my scheduled appointment, I was running late for a subsequent appointment as well and kindly asked him if I but he assured me my phone would be ready ASAP. He came back quickly and let me know the necessary changes to completely fix my screen and I walked out of there in about 15 minutes with, what looked and felt like, a brand new iPhone X! Very disappointed, my son purchase it through group on, when my son came to deliver the phone to the merchant, he said that due to the depth of the crack, he would have to do more and tried to upcharge my son. When I joined my the discussion, I told him to do exactly what the Groupon coupon purchase provided and replace the screen. instead of working, he told us to take it up with group on to get our money back. Scamming minors is not the way you handle business

So, I just brought my iPhone to be fixed. Screen was all cracked, to the point that I was getting pieces of glass on my fingers. I didn’t know I needed an appointment, still I called and Tahasqueezed me in. A few minutes later, my phone was perfect again and for an affordable price. THIS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS, DOES NOT HAVE A STORE FRONT IT IS IN AN OFFICE SHARED BY 100S OF OTHER BUSINESSES. Stay away, had a 3:30 appointment, he called and told me I had to wait 40 minutes till he could get to me. Well, a free screen protector to travel 1.5 hours round trip, park in a parking garage, hustle up 15 floors, wait in your lobby for the appointed time, if you are even there. Which you would never know because you are in an office behind a receptionist that does not even know who is where and a gate that can not be opened unless you invite someone back in the back office. This is place is a horrible experience. I would rather pay $50 more than go through that experience again.

These people are not honest. Went to take kids IPhone X aim for a simple cracked screen. The guy came out with the old screen in hand telling us the craziest, out of this world, non technical lie ever. This guy tried to get us to pay more money by telling us he couldn’t repair the screen because the frame was too “edgy”. That’s right the phone screen frame was too “edgy” for him to repair the screen for the Groupon price...BUT he could repair the screen by “purchasing the complete package”. Lol. Explained to us the complete package would cost more money. This place and these 2 guys are scam artist. This facility and establish is not honest. He tried to scam us because we were 2 females. I have extensive technical knowledge and I’m fully aware when I’m being scammed to get more money out of me. Again, tried to get more money out of us by lying. Returned the phone with a pink hue to it. I would not use these people.
