Be forewarned, there is a complete lack of understanding on how to get the job done properly. The process server had no idea how to handle delivering the documents and called in a panic when the defendant being served was in a meeting. This was the last we heard from them.Our office has since reached out several times for an update and have not heard back once. We highly recommend you go with another server for more efficiency, experience and less of a headache.

Terrible office to work with. 3 weeks went by, no service, no return calls, no response to emails.I hired them to server some papers but never got the job done. instead they gave me different stories every time i called. never provided a status update. Their server lied about the home being vacant, the owner and the receptionist gal came up with different lies, 3 different stories from 3 different people, no return calls or emails, never served papers, refused to cancel the order, refused to refund the money so i can go with someone else....at the end, they yelled and screamed and made threats.... horrible....STAY AWAY

Terrible! I paid for this through the Attorney Generals Office and they failed to submit proof of service correctly to the courts.

They were very patient and persistent in having suspect served.
