Can I give ICPI and Richard Guerra 10 stars? I have worked with Mr. Guerra for over 10 years with great results, from simple service to very difficult cases involving research and hours of observation to personally serve a defendant. His affidavits for substituted service are highly detailed and always accepted by the courts. Recently, Mr. Guerra served a Defendant on their way to the airport to leave the country. Mr. Guerra is skilled at service on Defendants who are avoiding service. Mr. Guerra does not give up. I also use his company to locate witnesses and serve trial subpoenas. This was very valuable in a recent trial. If I need service in the surrounding areas of Houston, Mr. Guerra has helped with this, too. I highly recommend Interaction Civil Process Investigations and Richard Guerra.

Documents were sent in September and was not served until January. This business is very hard to get in contact with. We would call and leave messages but they would not be returned. Of all the process servers weve used, I have NEVER had such an issue!

If I could give this process server zero stars I would. Gave three subpoenas to serve...to find out two weeks later that the subpoenas still had not been served. He failed to serve one subpoena that had a deadline. Richard Guerra did not take responsibility for his mistake and is unprofessional to say the least.
