I had an appointment today at 11am. No one showed up for my appointment time. At 11:20, I called to see when someone would be showing up and was told a message would be sent to the local company and someone would get back in touch with me. 30 minutes later I hadnt heard anything. I called again to see when someone would be showing up for my appointment and was told the scheduling department was not in on weekends, so they couldnt help. I wouldnt use this company as there is no way to get in touch with anyone over the weekend.
