I’ve always rented from this place, like 4 times in the past. They have great bundles for great prices. Yesterday I rented from them and they were super late to my event. I asked that the water slide be brought between 1 & 2pm. The party started at 3, and they didn’t get to my house until 3:45. So I had 12 little kids mad and crying because they wanted to play. Then when they got there, they brought the wrong pool. So that took an addition 20 minutes for them to bring it. I tried communicating with the owner about accommodating me on my party, at least give me a discount. She argued with me and told me she would only give me $20 off and I paid $175. Not much of a discount. Then she hung the phone up in my face. I called back and she wouldn’t answer for me. For that very reason, I will never rent from them again. EVER. That was very very poor customer service. The least you can do is communicate with me on behalf of your business. You were in the wrong! DONT RENT FROM THEM! Find someone that cares and not just want your money!!! Then she called me this morning after a sincere talk with her nephew who was in charge of the pick up, to “apologize” for her actions but the entire time on my voicemail, she just kept saying, “don’t be lying on me”. Like you didn’t call to apologize, you called to justify your actions! But whatever, I’m done with this business! Please don’t contact me again!

Highly recommended! Not going to lie, I was a little hesitant when I pulled up to this brightly colored building (filled to the doorways with piñatas at that) that clearly used to be a gas station. This place is amazing, and we will be coming to them for all of our party rental needs. The staff was awesome and flexible. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and they have so many options for moonwalks. They weren’t supposed to deliver until noon, but they were there two hours early and were very quick and professional in setting up. The pickup went even more smoothly, and they were accommodating to our schedule. A really great experience all around!

Very nice and helpful ladies. They helped me with my very last minute rental of moon walks, tables and chairs and did not try and up the prices like other places I went to that day. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you ladies.

Great place, Ive been using their services 13 + years theyre reliable and on time for delivery and pickup.At times they let me order on the phone and pay when they deliver, so helpful especiallyif is a last-minute call and couldnt go to their office.

Their prices are negotiable and they offer delivery and pick up. Its worth looking into if you are on a budget!

Good place with various selections to rent moonwalks and buy piñatas but, I was tolled theyll pick it up around 10am, I got a rude wakeup call around 8 this rude mannerless kids show up knocking like if no ones asleep. Is a Good shop but bad workers they have.
