Fast and friendly service. This party rental company has a very large inventory of moonwlks, bounce houses, obstacle courses, interactive combo units, slip & slides, sinble, double and triple lane water slides. Stop by and check it out!!!

I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! These people have the absolute worse customer service ever! Tried getting a bounce house and and a couple other items so least to say I was spending a lot of money and they show up 40 minutes early and dont ring doorbell then leave ! I call 5 minutes after time of supposed to be here and they claim they are on the other side of town ! No way if they came when when they said they were! So my kids had party with nothing that I ordered and the day was terrible! I will tell PEOPLE NEVER USE THIS PLACE EVER

This place is the absolute worst to rent from I used their services 8/23/20 as a second option because the place I usually rent from wasn’t open. I ordered a moonwalk 4 tables 24 chairs, and a cotton candy machine total came out to $262. They arrived at my home at around 2pm and I was given till 7:00pm to use the equipment my guest only got 5 hours to enjoy the party not to mention they for got to include all 24 chairs they only brought 21 chairs because whom ever loads the equipment doesn’t know how to count and had to take off $5 which brought my total to $257 which wasn’t my error all they stated was they were to far to go back to bring back the 3 extra chairs anywho I said fine promptly at 6:45pm someone was there to pick up the equipment when I usually rent moonwalks etc... they don’t return to pick up everything till the next morning. They told me sorry it was stated to be picked up at 7pm when they shorted me of my order in the beginning either way reviews don’t lie these people are rip offs and don’t conduct business properly DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE THEIR OVER PRICED when I originally looked them up their address stated that they were on S.Post Oak which they are not all they kept saying is their on the north side hopefully it’s updated online because it wasn’t when I purchased through them NEVER AGAIN!!!

I rented a jumphouse/ waterslide combo just for fun for my kids on August 15, 2020 at 3 oclock (called). She insisted that we would have it by 4:30 because there coming from the North side. I told her o.k. she kept insisting were we gonna get it before she delivers. I advised yes 4:30. The helpers arrived between 5:30 to 6. She advised shell pick it up tomorrow. Also posted on her website 6hrs. The kids got off at 8:30 when it got dark. Her helpers came the next morning and picked it up around 10. When I called her and stated that I paid $280 for 3 hrs of playtime including $10 tip and that I wanted to continue to use her for events. But the helpers came and got it before they could get 3 more hrs in. She stated shes sorry someone else got it last minute so it was all about the money not professionalism. I told her that I asked if it would be a problem when getting it she said no and it was. Wasted $280 never again.

Great Experience with Famous Moonwalks! Fantastic customer service & easy delivery & pickup. They went above and beyond to help me fix a rookie mistake and saved our party.

Their 20ft slide is not a 20ft slide. It’s more of a 12 ft slide. They should have emphasized on this, when I specifically asked for a big slide.This was the only one that was available apparently. So now I have 8 12 year boys coming over to play on a kiddy slide. It looks to me this company just about getting your money. So if you are wanting to rent a water slide, you will need to be super aware, specific and confirm what you are getting before they show up. Zero customer service.

This company was very professional. I was extremely pleased with their business because they had very good customer service, they were on time, their equipment looked brand new, it was cleaned and sanitized. The main reason i ordered from them was because they have one of the best prices in Houston!

I rented from them back in April of 2016 and they are amazing very professional and great customer service and now Im planning on renting from them again will keep renting and keep recommending them!! Keep up the great work!!

I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family members. The employees were very kind and friendly, they were professional, great customer service, and on time.

Please think hard about using this place. Make sure you get quotes from other places and the customer service is good.I made a reservation and then called me after to tell me that the tent that I ordered was damaged.They stated that they would refund me my money since the tent wouldn’t be ready in time.I didn’t call to cancel the reservation because I still needed the tables and chairs for my event.So closer to my event I emailed them to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged for the tent. Which was a 20x50 for around $650, in my opinion from other places I’ve rented from this was over priced. You can find better prices on Facebook from other people, which I learned after.Then a different lady from whom I placed the reservation with called, her name was Tarina, and informed me that they didn’t deliver “just tables and chairs”. The lady I made the reservation with originally was very nice, I do not recall her name.I figured no big deal I’ll go out of my way to pick them up and drop them off in order not to lose my $100 deposit. I live in Pearland and the office to pick up is way out of my way, which is why I understood the delivery conflict and was willing to pick it up. The downfall was that I had to pick it up the Friday before (not a big deal) BUT cannot drop it off till the Tuesday after between the hours of 9-5. I am a full time student/employee/mother. Very inconvenient that I wouldn’t be able to drop it off the Sunday after.Further talking to the lady she started to raise her voice at me and became extremely rude.She gave me attitude about not wanting the tent that I was told was damaged and wouldn’t be ready. At this point since I had thought it was damaged and unavailable I obviously made other plans since all they offered was a bigger tent but I would have to pay more money.I told the lady to cancel my order and keep the deposit and I would be giving them a bad review and she became even more furious at me and continued to raise her voice at me.I told her that she was being too dramatic and I was at work and wouldn’t be arguing with her over the phone, then she hung up on me.She then texted me to state that chairs and tables would be delivered for a $50 charge.Other places I have used normally charge a $20-$30 delivery fee.Needless to say I am very unhappy and now have to find chairs and tables for 100 people in 3 days.Thankfully, I have found now 8 tables and 70 chairs with a 20x50 tent (the tent also includes lights) for a total of $300 from a lady on Facebook who will deliver and set everything up the day before my event.I am paying less than half of what this place was charging me and the new lady I am doing business with us very nice and accommodating.This place kept my $100 deposit and gave 0 care on how they treated/handled the situation.I normally don’t go out of my way to rate places or people, but when I am treated this way I do not forgive and hope others aren’t treated as poorly as I was. If I could give 0 stars I would.
