Signature Manor is an awesome venue! Asia and Alex really went above and beyond with helping us prepare for our big day! They made the process easy and quick. We gave them a short notice, but they didn’t skip or rush any options for us. From the food to the decor everything was great!! We really appreciate everything this venue has to offer. If you’re looking for a nice venue and excellent customer service then this is the spot!!
From top to bottom, Signature Manor was magnificent! This place was perfect for our wedding reception and we couldn’t have been more lucky to find such a beautiful venue with such an awesome and attentive staff provided by Houston Event Planning. We loved how stunning and gorgeous the lobby, ballroom, staircases, bridal and groom suites were and how clean the entire venue is. And we loved that we had the entire venue to ourselves.We could not have survived the entire wedding planning and day without the wonderful staff HEP provided. Akshay greeted us so graciously and helped us select and customize a wedding package we could afford. Alice, who always has such a big smile and is always so welcoming, made sure we were taken care of before and during the wedding day. She was such a delight to work with. Asia’s help during our wedding day was incomprehensible. From morning to night, she went above and beyond the call of duty. We feel very fortunate to have had her there for us. And Alex, who was our coordinator from day one, took such good care of us and helped us envision a perfect wedding reception. She orchestrated a wedding reception we couldn’t have imagined and impressed us so much with her touch and vision. She was always there when we needed her. We greatly appreciate her initiative in coordinating with our vendors, which took the burden off from us and made us feel at ease. Her positive and uplifting attitude helped throughout the planning process and into our wedding day.Our guests were quick to express how beautiful the venue is, loved the food, enjoyed the cocktails, and gave high regards about the serving staff.Most importantly, amidst the pandemic, Signature Manor and the HEP team did everything they could for us and our guests to keep us safe during our wedding reception.

It is a nice venue for a wedding reception or conference. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Their attention to detail and punctuality are outstanding.The food served was very good and abundant.Clean and spacious restrooms. Sanitization stations available. It has a very good sized parking lot.
My Wedding process from start to finish was simply amazing! I began planning my wedding in 2018 and since day one the staff felt like true family. The venue speaks for itself from the moment you walk in the door, its beyond gorgeous! Most importantly though is the staff. Akshay was literally my angel throughout the entire process. He was so attentive to my wants and needs alike. Its a must that you meet him and work with him in some capacity if you choose to have your event here. Also, Katherine and Bonnie were hands down some of the best planners Ive ever ran across. Katherine and Akshay even found themselves giving me financial advice, which they didnt have to do considering theyre in the business to make money. But this just shows how honest and personable they truly are. My wedding ended up being postponed due to Covid but the staff at this venue made the process incredibly smooth and for that Im thankful.
Beautiful ambience. Courteous security. One of them offered us a mask when we didnt have one. That was a good reception we had right before we got inside.
Employees were nice, friendly. Catered food was good. The valet was horrible. Stood in line 30 minutes after giving my ticket to the attendant watching people behind me get their cars. Other people were going up and just taking their keys which were on the ground or in the back of a van. After asking 3 times where my car was I went and found my keys and got my car.
We are Samunder Club of Houston, 164 families strong, and the reason we chose this venue was because of a) the entrance foyer with its dual curved staircase, b)the gorgeous chandeliers, c) the trouble-free parking spaces, and d) the general décor of the place. We were not disappointed. Of course the area is not nice, but after 6pm the night softens the neighborhood.Be sure what you agree to, because what is in the contract Signature Manor will make sure it is done to the smallest detail, but anything more generates an expensive change order. So plan well before you sign the contract.Our experience, though a bit pricey, was excellent. Akshay Tyagi the Manager, and Angela Echeverry the Event Coordinator were helpful right from the start. They gave us a lot of freebies too!. On event day, they were present throughout the event. They have radios and if you want the lights turned up a bit they do it within a few seconds! Very nice.For our event on December 2nd, 2016, they obliged us with a free Christmas Tree and 2 Nutcracker soldiers in the entrance foyer. Along with the other decorations, the entrance foyer was absolutely gorgeous. Super pictures.The staircase is so large (and strong!) we could accommodate 225 persons on the curved staircase, the top straight railings, and the area below between the 2 staircases. On the floor we put 30 chairs in a row so that the persons standing behind could be seen. Our professional photographer took a panoramic picture and it was fantastic. Its going up on our Club wall!The bar service was excellent, but turned out slow and painful for us. My strong recommendation is to go for 2 bar stations for 200 persons and above. It costs more (we cut out one station for budgetary reasons), but paid a huge price for this. Go with two!The wall lighting gave the entire place a soft pinkish and bluish glow and this was superb. With the chandeliers and the wall lighting the place looked grand.They had 2 gigantic food warmers which held all the food very well. Professional units and they worked fine. We did not use the kitchen ovens because we could not afford it. The caterer brings the food directly into the warmers and then onto the buffet table. Easy.Service-wise, their staff are excellent. Well dressed, professional-looking with white shirt and black pants. They constantly removed half-eaten or used plates off the tables and kept them looking nice. Water was refilled continuously.A special thanks to Angela for putting up with all our small requests so sweetly and always with a smile. She was busy as a bee throughout our event.We thoroughly enjoyed having our event at Signature Manor. Even though it was a bit pricey, the photographs of the people and the grandeur of the place already bring back good memories.Thank you Akshay and Angela. Merry Christmas.joe+
We had our wedding here, perfect place! First off the people are so nice, you feel like you are going to a family members, or good friends house. They explain the details of your event in very simple terms and are patient when you have questions or dont understand something. The day of the event, you just enjoy, as they take care of the background stuff. The room is already very nice, so no need to spend hundreds to make a boxy room somewhere else look great... they build elegance into the room! The food was fantastic too! We received several compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed it! The awning at the entrance is perfect for a honeymoon getaway, and protection from the elements. The foyer/entry area has a gorgeous dual staircase ideal for photos. All around an awesome place :)
Aunt had an event here about 2 years back. I just booked my event here and its in a month! I am already reviewing after taking the time over the phone to discuss everything. Customer service was excellent, the price was very good, and the place I am getting is amazing! I know everything will go even better tham I have imagined. I want to thank my aunt Sally for presenting me with this place and Katherine thank you so much for helping me out with planning my personal event, it will be far better than expected. I will follow up with pictures as soon as I am done, but for now I can say I am satisfied with the customer service and after exchanging pictures to make sure everything is in order
We hosted a retirement dinner party of about 65 people for my Mothers retirement from a distinguished career in nursing. We planned her party for several months during the 2014 Holiday season (early December). I thought Signature Manor were very diligent during the planning, great communication and meetings with my family. We were invited to a food tasting and the food was amazing and that was the final green light for our dinner party. Although we had the main ballroom and it was decorated very beautifully, I was extremely disappointed with the way our dinner party turned out. We had horderves that were served very cold (crab cakes) on napkins (not appetizer plates) as our guests arrived. Once dinner was served, the worse was yet to come. The staff was not properly prepared to serve everyone together...there were delays with several guest receiving their entrees at my table as well as other tables...while the rest of us had our food. The worse was the fact that the food was not served fresh and hot. This meal had been prepared early during the day and the pasta was sticky, cold and the chicken was worse. The meal and the venue were far more costly than a hotel dinner would have been however, the food quality was much worse than hotel food....I expected much better especially since I had attended a food tasting. I informed management via email a few days after the event, they admitted the main chef had taken ill and the Sous Chef prepared our meal and they apologized that we were not pleased. I was offered free wine and a discount on my next event which will never happen because I will never use this venue again!!
I am having my wedding reception at Signature Manor in March, and I have to say this is the perfect place. As everyone know, planning a wedding is a bit overwhelming, but the staff and the event coordinators know what they are doing. I found Signature Manor after visiting just about every wedding venue in Houston, and after all the crazy prices we got, we realized that Signature Manor gives you the most bang for your buck. Every penny will count for something when planning an event at Signature Manor. Not only do they provide with the basic necessities of a wedding reception, but Signature Manor goes above and beyond to make your dream wedding come to live because they are able to provide everything from A-Z. This is a beautiful and one-of-a-kind venue that you dont want to miss out on.
I was invited to the new Terminal C North in Houston. This team of planners were there so professional and greeted us at the entrance. The cake was amazing like a movie screen of the terminal with cute cute planes. The music and food was was top notch. You can tell it was well thought out and planned for United.
Don’t judge the book by its cover. The exterior is nice but surrounding area does not look that great. But when you walk inside, the hall and the service will blow you away. Highly recommend this venue for weddings, the coordinators are great and prices are negotiable. The food is delicious and everything is the best bang for the buck you can get.

The venue is so small :/ The food was mostly frozen food. But the bathrooms were large and clean so i appreciate that. The wait staff were also polite too.
This place is absolutely beautiful. I have been helping my daughter secure the facility for her wedding and after seeing so many places I began to compare them all to Signature Manor ( not on purpose). We have also been to alot of open houses and the WedU and Signature Manor is BY FAR the best place to go to learn and see what they have to offer. Everything about this place is amazing. Needless to say, we have booked and secured our date for next year.
I visited Houston and realize that I never had a chance to post how nice my friends wedding at Signature Manor. It was so well organized and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was like a place for the perfect wedding.
Bonnie and the entire Signature Manor staff were AMAZING! Bonnie made the entire wedding planning process enjoyable. The day of the wedding they made sure we were fed, our glasses stayed full, and checked on us constantly. Our guests loved the venue and were well taken care of. Thank you Bonnie and the entire staff!
I loved this venue because of its great value and beautiful ballroom. The staff were friendly and the location in west Houston was convenient. Their event planning was top notch. I hear they also do weddings, corporate events, casino parties, so will definitely use them in the future.

This is a low class location with cheap fixtures. Must be friends and relatives posting reviews here because it is definitely not what it seems. There was a Hispanic lady there who seemed nice but the decisions are made by the manager Katherine (she may be the owner or owners daughter). Just a rude/shady individual who claims to know it all. My suggestion is to stay away and try somewhere else that wont do the bait and switch.Reply: Just came across the reply to my post. Must have been that Katherine replying to this message. Lying continues. We didn’t become customers because of her shadiness during the tour and discussions. So what if there were leaks? All you had to say was you would get them fixed instead of coming up with excuses about how some vendor messed up and ruined the event there that weekend.
Signature Manor went over and beyond my expectations. The Junior Achievement Banquet was very well received. The wait staff was attentive and the food was superb.

The venue is absolutely stunning! The entrance of the venue where the double stair cases are, stood alone well without any decor and gave off a regal and classy look/feel. My sister and my brother-in-laws guests enjoyed taking pictures outside as well as inside the venue. I must give a huge shout out to Katherine and Bonnie for making my sisters big day a success! We had muslim guests attending the wedding and Katherine was able to create a halal menu for them which they appreciated and enjoyed. The day of the wedding was a bit of a big mess on my part because of last minute details, but Bonnie and Katherine were a huge help! I ruined my chocolate for the chocolate fountain and they replaced my chocolate and chocolate fountain for their own. They made sure that everyones personal belongings were kept safe (left my cell phone at the chocolate fountain and they sent it up stairs for safe keeping). We had a tentative timeline to follow but we were about 1hour (+) behind and Bonnie and Katherine were very patient and accommodating. There are many wonderful things to say about Katherine, Bonnie, and Signature Manor but I am going to try to keep it short. Overall, this is beautiful venue with awesome people managing it!

I had my wedding here in September of 2018. From the moment I first interacted with the staff I had nothing but great experiences ! The two people I work with the most were Akshay and Abria. They were both phenomenal!! I chose the all inclusive package with on their end worked out perfectly perfectly . They scheduled all of my meeting and most of them were scheduled in house at the venue. The explained everything in great detail and made my payment schedule. The venue itself if gorgeous with and elevator, spiral staircases, large brideal suite with acces to the upstairs outdoor balcony. The food was excellent along with the decor and bar service ! I loved everything about my wedding with 3 exceptions .- the photographer that I chose through the venue with my package ( there is more than on option for photographers with the package) was average at best . He came alone so he missed a lot of key photos . Some of his jokes/remarks were not rude. He made no attempt to contact me unless I reached out to him first . If I had to do it all over again I would have used the other photographer or brought in one of my choosing-the videographer also included in the package I chose, however we did spend and additional $1500 for the package that included the highlights clip . In is not past our 4 month anniversary and we still don’t have anything from them . They keep pushing the date back as to when we will receive our videos and it’s veet disappointing. What’s worse is their communication. They are very professional in person and over the phone, however they are terrible about communicating with you when you’re not in person with them. My husband tried getting in touch with them before and on the day of the wedding to see when they would be arriving and never got in contact with them . They just showed up . After the wedding we had to keep calling,texting, and emailing them to see when we would be receiving everything. Hopefully their quality of work is great, I’m not sure when I’ll even find out .-the Hotel Hilton Houston Westchase that the venue partners with for our of town guest ... I worked with Tricia Tebo . Throughout the process and over the phone she was always very pleasant, however the weekend of the wedding was a nightmare for my guests . I had to pay additional for them to pass out my welcome bags, as well as for a shuttle to pick up and drop off guests to the wedding venue . The shuttle was supposed to be a van that held up to 10 guests . However Tricia failed to tell me that the van they had was in the shop and they had a small 4 ford sedan in its place, even though he charged me the full amount. Then at the end of the night they never came back to get my guests . I’m so grateful to Akshay and his team as they found a way to get all of my guests back to the hotel. They also were not passing out my welcome back until I called 3 times after I had over 10 guests say they never received them . The hotel itself is average at best and the staff was not nice to my guests . One of my bridesmaids staying at the hotel who was 8 months pregnant at the time requested a refrigerator and took a day and a half before it was delivered to her room .My main 3 concerns weren’t with the venue or it’s staff but some of the people they work with . All that being said I want to bring back the focus on the venue itself . If I had to do it all all over again I would 10000000% pick signature manor again. Their cake partner Cakes by Gina was AMAZING. Best wedding cake I’ve had in my life . She was also very sweet an accommodating! One of their flower partners Miranda’s Floral was also excellent! She worked with my budget and made sure I had exactly what I wanted . She was also very accomating as well . The photo booth staff was excellent! I can’t say enough how glad I am I chose Signaure Manor as my venue it was truly amazing !
They dont help the bride out, enough. The wedding party shouldnt have to do much extra, they have the bride to see to.
Upon entering the open house the hostesses were very vague and unwelcoming. The bride was uncomfortable which should NEVER be. The lady that assisted us was very nice but the lack of hospitality upon entrance overshadowed her warmth. There was a raffle and the bride was not given instructions. After inquiry we were made to feel as though everything was her fault. No apology or even kind word was given for the confusion. This made our decision NOT to consider this venue.

Attended a wedding at this venue, and it was beautiful. Sizing fit for a 50-100 person wedding, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout the night to all the guests.

Once upon a time we dreamed of a fairy tale wedding... Our theme was, A Summer Romance. The hardest thing in the world to do was trust others with the production of our ceremony and reception; but Signature Manor by far exceeded our expectations! Our special day was unimaginable! It is rare that we are at a lost for words, but we are left speechless in regards to describing our satisfaction. Our wedding was over a month ago and we are still receiving daily comments from guest about their overall experience. Everything from the suite accomodations to the food was superb! All the staff was pleasant and very attentive to our needs. Special shout out to our coordinator Uju! She is the best! Ask for her by name! We were beyond pleased and would recommend this venue to couples who want to look back years from now at their footage and still smile at the timeless encounters and memories shared.
