The team at House of Hough is unmatched in Houston. Their customer service is genuine and highly responsive. They truly take care of their clients. Not to mention their selection is the best in town. They are constantly updating to add new textures, colors, and patterns to reflect their clients needs. And theyre happy to go custom if you need a specific size or look they dont have yet. The showroom is a treat for anyone who loves fabric. They are my go-to linen company and I love recommending clients to them because they always treat them well.

House of Hough came with our wedding package at Waters Edge. When we had our appointment they were very helpful but never made me feel pressured to upgrade from my base linens. They gave feedback when I asked for it and we left feeling good about all of our choices. They have a lot of linens to choose from and if you have the budget for it, you can definitely design creative tables; but if you are limited like we were, you can STILL create beautiful tables.

In designing a Gala for 400 people, our Sales Associate, Michelle was able to speak directly to the needs of myself and my client. Her friendly and helpful attitude was exactly what we needed to help us finalize our design. We provided her with our color palette, invitation and theme and she was able to develop a solution that perfectly fit our needs. However, Michelles excellent service didnt stop there - she was also on-site for event setup, which provided an additional layer of customer service and professionalism. Her cheerful attitude was exactly what was needed when it came to answering all of my emails and calls leading up to the event. House of Hough refuses to refund my deposit even though my venue permanently closed down 60-days before my wedding date (a year after the original date, due to COVID). Dont use them if you have any concerns about further COVID-related issues.

They had a variety of colors and textures to choose from. They were very professional and upfront. There were no hidden fees; they directly communicated what our package included and what would cost extra. House of Hough did a wonderful job with our linens. With their help, our special day was exactly how we pictured it. They even set it all up the day before to make the decorating process less stressful for us! I hired House of Hough to press my wedding tablecloths and napkins (which I purchased online). I was so nervous about steaming thirty 132” rounds and over two hundred napkins, so I reached out to House of Hough and I am so happy I did! Christy worked with me to make sure I didn’t have to spend hours doing this myself, and she also ensured the linens would be folded and protected with plastic so that they were wedding ready on our big day. House of Hough also folded my napkins for me which was a huge time saver. Everyone there was so sweet to work with and the biggest help ever! I dont even know how to express in writing the amount of joy it was to work with Rachel (and Michelle, and the rest of the team!) on the linens for my wedding. Every appointment was FUN and full of laughs and of course, STUNNING linens. I worked with Rachel and Michelle to finalize my selections. I wanted to have three different linens for the three different types of tables we would be using at our reception.... these ladies rolled out the red carpet for my sister, my planner, and me and pulled out several linens and placed them near each other to help us visualize. We selected the most gorgeous linens I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! Including a burgundy velvet linen that I could not get enough of. When I walked into our reception venue, my jaw dropped. The tables looked amazing. So amazing that I literally cried. We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was, especially the linens.When I started looking for linen vendors, every other vendor recommended House of Hough and I can see why, but ultimately I chose this company because of the way each employee made me feel. I am all about relationships and vibing well with people...especially when it came to planning the biggest, best party of my lifetime. House of Hough did an amazing job with our wedding linens! After my first consultation, I totally changed my mind and wanted to eliminate a color entirely, and Sania was so accommodating! I went back for another consultation and they let me bring my mom and grandma and aunt too. When I saw it all come together on wedding day, it was so beautiful and perfectly captured my vision! Sania was also really responsive throughout the whole process. They delivered the linens before my rehearsal even happened, so when I went to rehearse at my venue, I got see to see all the final linen decorations and it was so great so know it was already set up for wedding day! I visited the House of Hough showroom a couple of times last week and was completely blown away by the presentation, customer service, and quality of linens. Unfortunately, I will probably be going with another company for linens. This is only because I fell in love with one particular linen that House of Hough does not carry. I was extremely bummed about this because House of Hough has been so amazing throughout all my appointments. Rachel has been so attentive via email, phone, and even coming in on Saturday for me. I rarely will write a review, but I have to give Rachel a huge shoutout! It is apparent that she loves her job, and is extremely competent. I usually know exactly what I want and dont care for opinions, but I sought Rachels opinion as much as I could. Fortunately, I have 5 girls in my wedding party that are newly engaged. I will definitely be referring them to House of Hough.

Great customer service!! I hold an annual awards gala and I heard from a couple of people that I should set an appointment with House of Hough. I have to say that House of Hough exceeded my expectations! Christy really made my vision a reality for the ballroom. She helped me create a beautiful room with their exquisite linens (napkins, chair covers and table cloths). Her team showed up on time and went to work! They were great and Christy was also pleasant and very responsive to all my questions! I will definitely use House of Houghs services again.

This is my first time writing a review for another vendor, but I feel like its warranted. As an event planner, one of the hardest things sometimes is finding the right linen company. I say company because it is the full operation at House of Hough that really makes working with them a dream. From the darling and sweet (oh, and very knowledgeable and style-conscious) sales team (shout out to my girl Christy), to the hardworking and organized warehouse crew, to the professional and efficient set-up and teardown group, and the fantastic owner and commander in chief, Clara, who always goes out of her way to say, Hi, they have it all! Pair this well-oiled machine with amazing quality linens (like the kind where you dont have to rent a base linen because the one you like is see through because of the cheap material that some rental companies use) that are always trendsetting, you are sure to have a successful event. I have used House of Hough not only for my clients events but also styled shoots that I put together. Even when Im sometimes having doubts about color combinations or textures, Christy is always there to give her feedback and opinion and even help guide my clients with picking out their linens when I am unable to join the consultation. She also does a fantastic job at following up with clients and checking in to ensure correct quantities for the event.
