This is my oil change place. Not sure if they rotate guys, but always new faces coming and going. Everyone is super nice and they do a great job. Seating is limited inside, but usually it takes 20mins so you wont have to stand long. Definitely come give them a try.

The customer service is exceptional! They are professional and knowledgeable. Showing me at every step what they were doing before completing. I will definitely let others know about this place for amazing service. Two thumbs up. 👍👍

This place is legit, coming from a person who observes and criticizes everything, I can honestly say that these boys on Lathrop are honest, hard working and knowledgeable. Experienced, super fast, customer friendly!They also check your vehicles fluids. I told them i had a bottle of antifreeze at home and they offered to put it in for free. Awesome service. I was first in line this morning i was out of there in 10 minutes.

Awesome service and customer care! They greeted me with a smile and offered their waiting area or the comfort of my truck. I chose to stay inside of my truck due to my son being asleep. My options were explained thoroughly. Everything was great from start to finish and took maybe 15 minutes. John was absolutely amazing! I’ll be back!

This place got me in and out quickly. The young staff guys are welcoming and friendly. Also knowledgeable. Showed me my dirty air filter, explained why and how it got that way and suggested a new one.It was super cold and windy today (34°), but they had a small cozy office with two heaters running to keep it warm. I even saved a few bucks!! Great job

Small in size but grand in customer service. I went yesterday for the first time because I work a few miles away. Very professional, respectful, fast service and the best part fix what they had to fix and not try to up sell you on products you dont need at the moment. I have been to other lube places where every time you go something needs to be replaced. I will be back. I live in pearland and their customer service was so great I may bring my wife car for oil changes on the weekend :)

Yall, these people are the greatest in the business. My luck has forever changed by finding this shop, I usually go to Walmart to get my routine oil change but it was by chance that they were so backed up that they stopped taking customers at 5 so I looked on google to find a reliable oil change shop and found them. I arrived 20 mins before their scheduled closing time and they were more than happy to accommodate me and I talked to the owner Jon for a while and trust me when I say, this is where you want to come for all your car needs. I was actually not looking forward to getting my oil change with my 1 year toddler since he can’t sit still for long. To my surprise, I was in and out within 20 minutes. The workers here are very polite and work quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!

It was the end of the day on valentines day. The guys in the shop had a line going out the door 10 mins before they closed. They were still In High spirit and super welcoming. I had an issue with my card not going threw and they were very understanding. They worked with me to help resolve the issue. These guys know how to treat people.

Great customer service, it always feels good going in for a oil change way better than jiffy lube, good prices and they always tell you in detail on how your fluids look, will never go anywhere else.
