Hey there, for anyone looking to do business with this property - I would advise against it. When asking and attempting to cancel our services, we were told that we would have to do so online. Unfortunately, we no longer have online access and the payment on file is a debit card that was canceled for fraud. The collections team who emailed me was unable to assist in updating the card or canceling the account. One-star review for poor customer service processes and not meeting our team where we need to be met.

Do not get an office here if you ever plan to expand or want a bigger office. I signed a year contract after I had already been here a year. I needed a slightly larger office and after waiting over a month to get back with me they finally told me I had to pay off my old contract just to move to a bigger office. This is not a place to be if you ever plan to grow you business. They policies are quite draconian. Right now to move to an office that is almost the same size but closer to the mens restroom instead of the ladies they want to charge me over $150 more a month than I am paying now and $100 more than somebody that just came off the street. Im a loyal customer and was willing to sign a 2 year contract but the company is ran from some other country and is not managed well.They also want to charge me to paint the office even though they never did that when I moved in because I have pictures of a black mark on the wall when I first looked at the office. They just pocket the cleaning money and dont clean it.
