The staff who serve Lyft should be praised here. Although lyft is small in Studio 106, it is very warm. In particular, the visit of each lyft driver was friendly and made a fair decision to solve the problem for lyft drivers.

Although Ive only been using Slim Fit Beauty services for 1.5 weeks, I can feel the difference in my clothes. The ladies are professional, relatable, friendly, knowledgeable and explain everything to me as well as answer all of my questions. I appreciate that Kandice checked on me the next day as she said she would and that made me feel like a valuable customer. I thought the reviews I read were coached but everything that others have written Ive experienced and NO ONE has coached me.

I am a tenant at 2855 Mangum, in Houston, TX and I absolutely love it! My property manager, Jesse Fleig, is an awesome property manger! He is very patience, and kind and cares about the challenges and issues we have as tenants. The maintenance staff is prompt, and super helpful! Ive already been here almost 2 years, and I definitely see myself being a long term tenant!

Whitney is an A+ for customer service. Shes an A+ for attitude. Shes an A+ for follow-through. When I needed specific office growth needs met she handled the entire transaction, showing me a number of viable options in our building and she never did a sales pitch or high pressure close technique. From the moment of my request to expand through the move-in she was in contact. Afterwards, she actually followed-up and resolved any other issues and questions I had (something people rarely do these days. She also worked closely with us to manage and fully resolve issues that developed before she was even the agent in the building. I highly recommend her.

A most impressive property and company. I rented my space in mid-January 2015 and have been extremely pleased with my experience here. As a solo entrepreneur who had officed from home for many years, I was filled with trepidation as I made the leap to a real office. Everyone at Boxer Property has made the whole experience a pleasure, and one of the best business decisions I have made.This building is very convenient for anyone traveling from Garden Oaks/Oak Forest, Spring Branch, The Heights, Galleria, Bellaire, or parts NW via US290. I have a number of clients who come in from out of town, and they have also found it easy to get here, despite the ongoing construction on 290. That situation will only improve!Many of my clients deal with movement difficulties. This building has everything I was looking for in an office space. Obviously it is well located, and the price was very reasonable. Beyond that, my requirements were: easy handicapped accessibility (elevator, restrooms,parking, and ease/short distance of entry), ample, convenient, and free parking, small elevator lobby, natural light, quiet, good security,and reasonable privacy. The building was remodeled recently and everything looks great. The quality of the visitor experience is very welcoming, comfortable, and upscale without being intimidating.The building has a nice ecosystem and mix of different businesses. The people are friendly and it is a nice environment.Whitney Grimes, the leasing agent, made the whole leasing process a breeze and answered all of my concerns, providing solutions and sincerely making an effort to understand the needs of my business and my clients. She also knows the neighborhood, and was able to answer questions about safety, alternate routes for easy access when 290 is impossible, and area restaurant recommendations! Waseem Chowdry is the Property Manager. I have found him to be very responsive to all questions and requests. He truly seems to take a genuine interest in me and my business. The maintenance staff has been very helpful, and they really go the extra mile. Best of all, Boxer Property has a smartphone app and website that allows tenants to submit maintenance requests or conference room reservations online.I highly recommend this office building, and I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial association with Boxer Property.
