I been working out of this building for 3 years and for the first time I’ve honestly been extremely satisfied with the property management and workers, April is extremely friendly and professional at all times she deserves the most credit for this building.I recommend this property if you looking for a nice place to conduct business out of.They have security staff who are great at what the do and make sure we feel safe throughout the day in any hours of the day.Karlota the maintenance lady is amazing‼️You Must consider this building you will not have a issue at all.ThanksKennedyA
Overall nice and safe building, good tenants around but the management is terrible.. Karen acts like she owns the building, She would only speak with you on speaker phone. One night I had gone drinking with my co-workers which I had left my car in the parking lot over night and next morning I had found out from the security guy that Karen had it towed, Corporate did nothing to help me with this situation.
After looking at quite a few office spaces in two days, I visited with Ashley Myers.. Ashley didnt just go through the routines of making a sales pitch and hauling all those keys up the elevator, hoping i would find something i like; she wanted to know what my needs were and how she could meet them. She made me feel comfortable and asked really good questions. She also conducted herself professionally and knew the distinctive features of each property. After leaving, I knew That was where i wanted to be. She also has plenty of property in her area and deals you cant pass up. She has to be one of a kind. Great building and great cafe downstairs
The building is big and always being improved. That may be with new paint or new carpet etc. Parking is never an issue, only issue is that the parking lot elevators gets very very hot.There is a deli in the building and its very good for lunch or a quick snack. They have friendly staff which are bi lingual. Its a big small with only 5 tables and 10 chairs, so better get there early. This place is always full during lunch.The manager is akwayws on top of things. Always improving the building in any way possible. Recently painted the lobby and many of the hallways for the exectucive suites. Boxer property workers are always on time and fast to get an issue fixed.Building is big and I am sure you will find a office here that is perfect for you. Located conveniently near 3 major highways. West park tollway, beltway 8, and highway 59(5 min drive).
If you are in the market for some office space, you should definitely take a look at the Ranchester Building. Managment has really shown a lot of interest by keeping up with the appearance of the building as well and how it operates. It nice to know that when you have any issues they are right on top of it. The entire staff should pat themselves on the back becuse they sure deserve it.
Robert Mann was very helpful when we experienced some a/c problems last week. I sent out a service request order online and that very same day they sent someone to adjust the a/c. Very helpful and great customer service.
Our experience was a great one, we was not pressured into leasing and we were able to take our time. Eric ohlson was very knowledgable and answered every question we had. He called to just to see if we were still interested because it took us longer than we expected to make a decision butt he was not overbearing at all. That is the type of sales persons I like and that is part of the reason why we rented. The property is nice and in a good location and the rent is in our budget. I as so happy and pleased with the easy leasing process so far and looking forward to the continued great customer service that we received from Eric Ohlson
We have officing out of Boxer Property 10333 Harwin since we started the business in 2010. Starting with one executive office (300sft) and moving three times within the building over the last 6 years has been so flexible and valuable. We have grown into occupying 6,000 sqft with a team of over 20 people. The entire boxer system is very flexible allowing you to move and upgrade very easily within your same leases. You can even move to adjacent buildings within the Boxer system, lots of them. It is not the fanciest building but it stays clean and is well taken care of. We prefer this because it allows the building the keep rent reasonable for a young growing company. They have very fast responding maintenance crew and the nicest security guard here on site. Also the kitchen downstairs saves so much time and serves really good food, nice not to have to go offsite for lunch on busy days. BEST philly cheese steak in Houston! Highly recommend this space!
