A pain to enter the building. Better signage would help. Drive around until you find the garage and park on the mezzanine level, from there it is an easy entrance to the building. Garage, just like the building, has no signage - be careful.

This is one Ophthalmologist that takes care of his patients when they get in to see him, Dr. Mitch takes the time to help you to understand what is going on with your eyes. The nurses are very nice and very helpful to, if you need your insurance coverage checked give them a call.

I saw today only one door open plus restrooms only open with codes. I felt sorry for an elderly pee on himself today that is what I did t like in this place

Older building, nicely maintained--close to the hospital

This Spring we moved into our new office on the 10th floor of the 1415 North Loop West building. So far, it has been a very positive experience. April Darner, who works for Boxer, was great to work with in terms of helping us find the best office space to fit our needs. April helped greatly with the build-out and made the process very smooth. She was always pleasant to work with. Since we moved in, the staff in the building have been very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend our building to anyone looking for office space within Houston city limits.

April Darner at Boxer Property has been highly responsive, and very helpful in our move from our current suites at 1415 North Loop West, to new space in the same building. April has gone out of her way to personally attend to several of our concerns and questions. Her level of customer service has been great!

My company started with its first office at 1415 N Loop W a Boxer Property and we have expanded 3 times in the same building in the 3 years we were there. The team and Management were amazing and really easy to work with. We had to move due to outside reasons all positive logistic matters nothing with the building or team and if I had to do it all again I would. Great experience and great people!

Wonderful Dentist

There isn’t a zero star option or I would have chosen it. It is unbelievable how desperate this Landlord is reacting in this situation of Pandemia- COVID 19. With a few days behind, even when paid partially, he has ordered to lock all the offices. Letting the tenants out in several cities. There wasn’t even an order of eviction and this is Ilegal. They are being very unreasonable. I believe this action is going to harm them even more than the recession itself. Even the managers there are surprised at the company´s decision. Very very disappointing having this relationship with Boxer Property. Everyone please stay away from BOXER PROPERTY

I was there for an eye appointment with doctor Jong everything was very professional with their covid-19 procedure

Although our property is poorly managed by the property manager we are very fortunate to have Joshua Thornton onsite. Josh is very attentive to the tenants needs. He is caring, prompt, thorough and performs excellent quality work. He takes initiative and follows through. Josh is a great asset to Boxer Property.
